I was pleased with the no pressure 2 salesmen. The 1st was a new car salesman who listened to my budget and located a used vehicle meeting all my needs with low mileage. He then introduced me to the used car salesman, Jr, Jr was very professional, efficient and had a very kind and polite demeanor. He spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle operations and paired my phone and installed appropriate apps. He then walked me thru each app thru logins and passwords. At 71 years old and not an IT geru, this task would have been overwhelming. The finance manager, Art Llano, processed and completely explained the cash sale very efficiently. He was also very kind. In comparison to my past vehicle purchases, this was the most pleasant experience leaving me with complete understanding of the vehicle and the purchase process. More

Bought a used car from Jessup and when I picked it up, it wasn’t cleaned. There was an undisclosed crack in the windshield.
