Ordered Transit several months ago (over a year) and all I heard was that it may never be picked up for production. Then one day, it magically was produced and shipped and I took delivery. Meanwhile, I bo I heard was that it may never be picked up for production. Then one day, it magically was produced and shipped and I took delivery. Meanwhile, I bought a Ram ProMaster thinking I'd never see this Transit. I don't blame Aaron or Yark, but Ford better wake up and start paying attention to their customers or they'll all be gone one day. I was very disappointed that it was $16k higher than one I bought 3 years prior and the seats didn't even have arm rests. Aaron had no idea this was now an option. I want to buy American, but Ford (and GM) are forcing me to look elsewhere. I manage a fleet. Let's stop making excuses, Ford, and get back to good business. More

Easy car buying experience at Yark Ford. Aaron was clear on the entire buying and production process and explained all of the options available to us.
