We bought a $125,000 car and we can't get a second key. They gave us a non-working key, believed to have been swapped with another vehicle. We also cannot access the online system because there is another user they have to remove. I am rather notorious for losing keys so this is important to us. My husband has made numerous calls and absolutely nothing has been done. It's been months. Excuse after excuse. Salesperson, useless. Manager, useless. All they have to do is get us a working key. Simple. The purchase itself was fine. But when you walk out that door after your purchase, you mean nothing apparently. I can't imagine what would happen if we had a mechanical issue or something serious. Needless to say, we'd go somewhere else for any service needs. More
