I was just going to let God fight my battle (and he still will) but I don't want this to happen to another customer. Back in June 2024 I went to the dealership and put down $1000 down payment towards a car. will) but I don't want this to happen to another customer. I asked for my deposit back multiple times, they told me it was non-refundable. I've had MANY people (lawyers and salesmen) tell me it was illegal. So this is the piece of paper they had me sign saying it was "non-refundable" neither condition was met because I never drove off with the car. Do with this as you please, but I WILL receive my money back. We can take the easy route or the long one AJ. More
