Then moving on to the financing David Welch was very personable and explained all our options and worked with us like he was a friend and trying to get them the best deal. Then Jimmie Mathews took about half an hour and explained all the belles and whistles on our new car. Things we would have never even know to look for but will totally use. When we first showed up Wayne Biggers, had made it quite a rough and hostile visit and almost made me and my wife leave. But as soon as Mike came out and sat down and talked to us we were relieved to see such a turn around. Mike did everything he could to make this experience pleasant and helped up walk away with the car me and my wife wanted. We will gladly return to this dealership to get our next car. Joe Vazquez was also quite a delight to work with friendly casual and helped set us up with the right insurance coverage we needed and made it all clear and understandable as we filled our paperwork! This is now our favorite dealership to go to and will most likely only go here because of how well Joe Vazquez, Travis Ferguson, and Mike Huntzinger treated us. I look forward to buying from here again! I just hope no one else has problems with Wayne like we did. I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. More

Jeff Crabtree (who was a salesman when I made my first purchase almost ten years ago) is just a great gentleman to work with. Wayne Biggers worked out a very reasonable trade-in toward the SUV that I wanted, and the bottom line is that I could not be more pleased with the purchase, the sales atmosphere, the customer service, or the fact that they beat the preapproved finance offer that I brought to the table.
