Buying a car for me gives me that same feeling as going to the dentist! You know its needed but you just HATE to go. I have to say that under the leadership of Terry Rich, this dealership is THE MOST PLE to the dentist! You know its needed but you just HATE to go. I have to say that under the leadership of Terry Rich, this dealership is THE MOST PLEASANT to work with. I LOVE my car. I LOVED the experience. I swore I would never own a Ford car but have since decided to give Ford a chance after the federal bailout for all the other American made car dealers. Ford was NOT included in that bailout because they are obviously a fiscally responsible corporation. My husband and I have purchased trucks from Terry Rich in the past so Terry knew of my feeling on Ford passenger cars. I am sure he was as surprised as I was that I made that call to him! Terry also knew that my past vehicles were Acuras and BMWs but he asked me to try out the Edge. I did and now I am the owner of the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. This was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I appreciate it that upper management was involved in getting me to a long time sales person/employee of the company who handled this a new vehicle. I appreciate it that upper management was involved in getting me to a long time sales person/employee of the company who handled this purchase. He did a great job in all respects. Everything went smoothly. The most important thing to me is value, i.e. getting what I wanted for the best possible price, and I believe I got value in this transaction. Additionally I was introduced to very competent service person in the service department who answered all of my maintenance questions. The coffee bar was very nice and appropriate for customer use. The show room floor was clean enough to "eat off of" as the saying goes. The ladies restroom was very, very clean and nice. Lastly, my wife and I were escorted to the owner's office where we were introduced and treated very graciously by a person who is obviously an annointed Christian man. That was the icing on the cake for me and most likely the main reason that this dealership is so successful. These people know what they are doing and treat the customer very well. More

June 2010: After test driving a vehicle on Thursday I went home and sent Rick an offer via e-mail. Rick responded quickly and I accepted his counter offer that evening. On Saturday I purchased a 2010 Fus went home and sent Rick an offer via e-mail. Rick responded quickly and I accepted his counter offer that evening. On Saturday I purchased a 2010 Fusion S. My total time investment in the deal was probably no more than 2 hours (test drive, negotiation, purchase, pick-up). The deal was quick, clean, and I negotiated a good price via e-mail. Rick answered all my questions and was very helpful. There was no pressure at any time. I am very satisfied and recommend Five Star Ford and Rick Dike without hesitation. More

Five Star Ford is fantastic! The salespeople are courteous and attentive but not overbearing. They helped select what I wanted in my new truck and even though they didn't exactly what I desired on t courteous and attentive but not overbearing. A technical specialist showed me how to use my navigational system and invited me to a training session to learn all the features of my truck's technology. The financing department was helpful, courteous and friendly. They gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in and offered me a deal at a good price. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience and plan to return when I need another vehicle. I give Five Star a genuine five star rating! More

Not my first new vehicle but by far my best new vehicle buying experience. I spoke with Rick Dike at Five Star Ford about a new Ford F150 and the options I wanted.
