He actually called my wife the next day with a vehicle that he believed met all of our needs and we could afford!!! This was character beyond measure! We rushed to the dealership and found Rick Dike. He was very busy, but not so busy that he couldn't stop and help us! We will be sending Rick and his whole team a "Thank You Present" for his kindness and above all else his patience. Before my visit to Five Star Ford i made an appointment with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which opt with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which options they had installed. 15 minutes later i was test driving the vehicle and loving every minute of it. While i was on the test drive Rick had my currect vehicle appraised and by the time i had returned from the test drive he had a perfect offer for my situation. I had told them to not wash the car seeing as it was coming a down pour outside and they had it detailed anyway :).
