Outstanding service by Rick Dyke and team. I described what i wanted and Rike got it for me within in a few days. We concluded the deal over the phone and when i went in to pick up my new F-250 King Ranc what i wanted and Rike got it for me within in a few days. Five Star Ford has taken the dread out of car shopping for me. My recent purchase of a new Expedition was my second Expedition purchase from Five Star and I can't imagine that (1) I will ever drive ANYTHI for me. I had an appt. with Terry and Rick and both were waiting for me (if they weren't, they sure made me think they were!) and we went right to work. They presented a number of options but never pressured me. I am thrilled with the vehicle and pleased with the experience...which was relatively fast and totally painless.
