Found the truck on line, then checked it out briefly at the dealer ship. The truck was to be for my wife. Talked to Terry Rich and set a time up for her to see and drive. Went back in and did the deal.We got better than average finance rate,and service was impecable.Took the truck home and stated getting familar with it in detail. (Rick had already went over all the major compponets earler) Always enjoy playing with a new truck/car. Found a couple of minor issues, but now remember this is a used truck,so was no big deal,but I called Terry and mentioned them to him. The following experience is truley ammazing, we were treated like we were personel friends of Mr Pack. It's not that a mistake or an item is overlooked,it's how you deal with it. The folks at this delarship deserve every one of those stars, and that includes MM Ross,Mike Asher,and Rick Dike. Last but not least the car guy who gave me Terrys name, and the one person who works in the service department that helped me out with some history on my mustang that was serviced at there shop even though I bought it at another dealer. Sorry don't remember his name,but he did play a significant part in my ending up at five star ford. THANKS GUY'S! More

I had very specific features I wanted in a new truck, that did not match any of the standard packages. Rick found nothing on the lot matching my "wish list", but very quickly found two alternatives. My experience with 5 Star was incredible. I set an appointment with Rick for a Saturday morning, and when I arrived he had already pulled the truck I was leaning toward off the lot. In fact, he had it brought in from another dealer for my appointment so I could drive exactly what I was looking for. The numbers were all straightforward and he made it easy to take the deal. Bob in finance was just as good, making sure I knew what I was getting and what I was paying. I walked in with an old truck, and walked out 3 hours later with a brand new F-150 that had everything I was looking for. I was referred to the dealership by Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well b Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well below MSRP and then subtracted the financing incentives from that. I bought a F-350 DRW. They gave me the price ahead of time and I called a few other dealerships to compare it. The finance department was also very helpful explaining what the cheapest options were for the purchase. When I left with the truck, they had also filled the tank. Great group of guys. More
