My name is Mario Hurley I am from Costa Rica, I got to America in 2004 alone with my two brothers and my mom. I lived for a year at New Jersey and then moved to Denton, Texas in 2005 where I finished high school. I went to North Central Texas College to study radio, television and film, radio has always been my passion and I actually had the opportunity to do radio and have my own show for about 5 years and different Spanish radio station here in the Metroplex. I have been married for 10 years and I have two children Kevin and Mia and they mean the world to me the same as my wife Gladys. I really enjoy and love to work for Five Star Ford because give us the right tools and training to treat all our customers the way they deserve it. I have been in the auto sales industry for about a 7 years and Five Star Ford it’s the only dealership I have worked for I hope I can stay here for many years to serve our community.

He knows the automobiles and great at showing us the different features. The finance department is great as well. More

Mario took great pains to explain the technology, and though I didn't grasp it all, I don't feel quite so overwhelmed by it. However, later in this survey, there's a question regarding my understanding of the technology and I can't honestly check the "very well" box, but it isn't a reflection on Mario's abilities, it's my lack of technical understanding, and resistance to new and different. And though arranging the financial end of the purchase took longer than I would have liked, due to my own needs, Bob Little made sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. I feel confident there will be no problems with the contract. More

awesome i went into this dealership expecting another NO which i had been riding around in the summer heat in my work van all day ..but i thought to myself wh i went into this dealership expecting another NO which i had been riding around in the summer heat in my work van all day ..but i thought to myself what would yet another NO hurt...so soon as i pulled up salesman Mario hurley walked to me and offered help..so i sat down gave him my info and 20 or so minutes later i suprisingly got a YES to my dream car...Mario was great he was quick efficient and there to serve...and even though i got the car as is when i called him about a faulty brake light he invited me back in and got it fixed quick with no hassle...mario hurley was very helpful and made my experience at five star ford AWESOME...thanks mario ??(and myron was just as quick and helpful) More

Go see Mario!! I had the very BEST experience when buying my car from Mario and the Ford dealership. Mario is super friendly, well educated on all vehicles, etc, and I had the very BEST experience when buying my car from Mario and the Ford dealership. Mario is super friendly, well educated on all vehicles, etc, and took all of his time with me to make sure I was driving away with an amazing car. He and the service guys did everything to make my pre-owned car perfect when I arrived to pick it up. Mario communicates very well with his customers and let's them know updates on everything. I am more than pleased and happy with first experience in buying a car. I plan to always see Mario for my future cars and I highly recommend everyone to go see him! I wanted to say a few words about my great experience interacting with sales man Mario Hurley. The visit started with a great introduction at the door by Mario. I up front and to the point, hey this is what I want. Mario so friendly sat down and he showed me what he had on the lot. Did I mention that at this time 4 of my 6 kids were running and playing around. Mario, a family man totally understood. We picked a few trucks to look at, kids leading the way. Mario seemed to understand what I wanted, so he didn't waste my time showing or trying to sell me something I didn't want. Another huge plus is that Mario is a Spanish speaker. My wife using English as a second language, sometimes can not find the words she is looking for. With the added stress of this huge purchase, Mario spoke Spanish to my wife and English to me answering questions and explaining options. Mario stayed late two nights to work with us. Yes, I know it's his job to do that. But, after a long day at work, who doesn't want to go home to be with their family. Quick, easy, painless Mario was a very friendly infividual. My two young daughters called him a "gentleman" and he was kind, respectful and lighthearted with my kids.
