He listens to you, gives input based on what you say. He then finds a vehicle to meet your need. My family and my friends have purchased more than 9 vehicles from Rick in almost 10 years. His attitude toward the customer has never changed: meet the need of the customer. Second, after purchasing the vehicle, your Service Department rep should be Michael Fitch. Michael always has a smile on his face. He knows you by name. He explains what is happening with the vehicle. His "can do" attitude is great. Every employee you meet at Five Star Ford NRH says hello, smiles and asked what he or she can do to help you. This goes from the receptionist all the way through your car buying process to the Service Department reps at check out. As far as financing our most recent car purchase, Hannah Smith covered every detail when explaining what was happening, what was being signed. She explained the various aspects of the warranties we have for the car. She gave suggestions on some of the products offered. Lee Clanton covers the different "options" with the car. He helps set up the radio stations, set up your phone, and many other things. Five Star Ford NRH is the only dealership to go to for great customer service. Five Ford NRH is the only place we go for a vehicle. No need to shop around. More

Always go to Lee when we want honesty and integrity. Many dealerships lacking in this area. Bought a fully loaded F150. Lee got the price lower than we expected. Excellent experience... except We visited Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH with a VIP Pass from Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro). We were looking into buying a new Explorer. We were qui We visited Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH with a VIP Pass from Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro). We were looking into buying a new Explorer. We were quickly greeted then escorted upstairs to Joshua Fichter, the General Manager. Joshua thanked us for being there and spent some time speaking with us about the Car Pro VIP process and the importance they place on the buying experience. Joshua then introduced us to Lee Clanton, an experienced and tenured sales expert who would be guiding us through the process. We spent a good bit of time there but not because they were belaboring the process. Rather, we wanted to drive a few cars and talk through our choices. Lee was a terrific host and revealed every possible incentive. We were surprised, as we did not expect much on the "all-new, just introduced" 2020 Explorer Platinum Edition. While we had not planned to trade our vehicle, the incentive to do so was compelling. Lee Clanton presented an attractive offer on a beautiful white Platinum that was on their lot. Since white was the color we were after, we moved on to close the deal. As we were a cash customer, we moved on to a quick sit down in the finance office with David Hill, who further added to the pleasant experience. Afterward, Lee promised to add a couple of accessories and have the car prepped, beautiful and ready to go the next day. We left quite happy. When we arrived the next day, Lee was ready to meet us and walk us through the many (very many) technology features of the car. He took his time, made sure we understood and did a great job of making us operationally comfortable. Overall, we had an unexpectedly pleasant and comfortable experience from walk-in to drive off. Accolades to Lee Clanton for making this happen. We are now the proud owners of the all-new 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition. It's gorgeous, quiet, comfortable and powerful. Exception and Recommendation: When we did the final walk-around, we found a door ding and scratch along with a slight flaw in the paint. These were pointed out to Lee and he assured us that Five Star would remedy the issues to our complete satisfaction. When a new car is ready to be delivered, it is parked in the general parking lot, in sometimes tight spaces where damage can occur. Even as Lee was demonstrating the vehicle's features, the person parked next to our new car opened their door and hit our mirror (ugh). After that we moved the vehicle to a safer place. We also found a small spot on the roof's edge where the paint appears to be peeling (that's on Ford). I would recommend that Five Star create an comfortable and cooled indoor space specifically designed for the delivery experience. This would provide the perfect "finishing touch" to the overall buying experience. Let it be said that neither of these minor issues soured the experience, as I am confident Sam Pack's Five Star will go above and beyond to make us happy. In closing, our thanks to Joshua Fichter (GM) and Lee Clanton (Sales) for delivering the absolute best car buying experience we have had in decades. If you are looking to buy a Ford, we would highly recommend Five Star Ford NRH and particularly, Lee Clanton. More

He walked us through every step and verified that the numbers I was getting were the same ones he was. He even communicated our needs with the finance department before we got over there to ensure a smooth transition. Tut, in the finance department, was so fun and had a really good attitude. He made a typical stressful experience into a memorable and genuinely hilarious time! We will forever be going to Five Star Ford to purchase cars! More
