Joshua Saved my Hide I brought my 2007 Ford Mustang GT in to have its slipping transmission replaced for a are manufactured unit. Joshua was polite and and was able to get expedited shipping on the transmission as it was originally going to take about two weeks to have it delivered. All in all, my car was in for about.l a week and a half give or take. The difference on the repair was night and day. More

They are always honest, dependable and reliable. We count on them to have our cars serviced in a timely manner and an efficient way. Warranty service for transmission problems It took a bit to get my vehicle in for diagnosis but once in the problem was detected and corrected. Time will tell if the fix holds up but all indications are good (remember that as of 1/07/2016 I only have 18 hrs back in operation). All service department personnel were professional, personable and helpful. I wish to mention and thank Joshua Lowery as my service adviser who handled my warranty repair. This is the second business vehicle I have purchased from Five Star. Being local and the previous service experiences were the deciding factors in purchasing this vehicle (2015 F350). More

Great experience for a new set of tires! I can’t say enough great things about the service at this dealership. I needed 4 new tires and not only do they price match but the process was very s I can’t say enough great things about the service at this dealership. I went to discount tire for my first set of new tires and they nicked my rims on a few spots. I am happy to say there was not one scratch when Five Star put my tires on. I highly recommend them. More

I am so glad he works there now so I can have peace of mind and the confidence that everything is diagnosed and performed right the first time because he has the best working crew of all Ford dealerships in the metroplex and surrounding cities in the shop. He is the only person I would trust my truck with and he is good at keeping me up-to-date on what is being done on my truck, gave me a detailed break down on what repairs are suggested and what the costs are doing to benefit me and the performance of my 13 year old F250 Superduty. The best part of all is whenever I call him to schedule an appointment, I am able to schedule to any time of my convenience! That makes it super helpful to arrange my personal schedule around my busy, and sometimes unpredictable, work days. When I purchase an F-150 in the near future he will continue my preferred service advisor unless they have made a manager already by that time. Thank you for everything Mr. lowery! More
