I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

I have been looking at the Ford Escape on the internet. I had gone to several dealerships (on the web) trying to find the best price. Five star got below everyone that I had checked out and they got back I had gone to several dealerships (on the web) trying to find the best price. Five star got below everyone that I had checked out and they got back to us and called us not too long after I had ask for information. We live in Comanche, Tx. There are several dealerships within 50 miles but none were as nice to talk to or as helpful. We have been driving Fords since the '60s we still have our 1979 pickup and use it on the farm. One of the best buying experiences I have had. Jason and Roland gave me the best deal via email and had the vehicle I wanted with the color and options I liked. Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my car payment and gasoline bill, Jason renewed my hope. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More

The experience and knowledge that Jason Howell brought to this sale was extraordinary. He showed incredible patience with my husband who has some health problems, but still desires to make the best deal possible. The extra phone calls, the explanations, the answers to every question were givven honestly, and we felt Jason was very intrested in us and in making the sale work for us. I will certainly recommend Five Star Ford to all our friends and family. More

My experience at Five star exceeded my expectations of not only Five star, but every other new car buying experience I have had. Understand, that includes Lincoln dealerships in Texas and California for m not only Five star, but every other new car buying experience I have had. Understand, that includes Lincoln dealerships in Texas and California for many years - which I was VERY happy with. From my first electronic contact with Jason Howell to my drive-away handshake, EVERYTHING was professional, up-front and easy for me to conclude a major purchase deal. I am a demanding buyer, a CEO of two companies and I chair or belong to several boards of directors. I know superior performance and less than. Five Star is superior and I am glad to be able to tell you that. Questions that couldn't be answered, were researched and answered with honesty. I felt welcomed by the newly introduced service dept as well as the sales guys and gals. It was a no-pressure, "We want o make this personal" experience that I enjoyed. Now comes the service component to this transaction and "relationship" wiht Five Star - I will provide unsolicited feedback obn that as well, going forward.
