I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

When I went to the dealership I had a dread of buying a new car. The Ford I was driving was 12 years old and I had never had trouble with it. I didn't want to trade because I have a grandson who will soon new car. The Ford I was driving was 12 years old and I had never had trouble with it. I didn't want to trade because I have a grandson who will soon be driving and the Ford would be a great starter for him. The only thing I knew was that I wanted an EDGE. Didn't have any idea what color, what options, or what style. Jason was so patient telling us everything that was available and what he thought we would like with all the info we had given him. He was ready at the drop of a hat to bring forth, even though he had to run to another lot, every color and option that I asked for so that I could drive the vehicle and see if it "fit" me. He was NOT pushy and I think I appreciated that the most! I have never had such a relaxing and , dare I say it, enjoyable time purchasing a car! Thanks Five Star and Jason. You will definately see us again! More

Wife & I were looking to trade our 2003 Yukon Denali in for a truck, we had gone to Bankston Chevy and the used car salesman treated us like we're wasting his time, this makes twice now Bankston has tre in for a truck, we had gone to Bankston Chevy and the used car salesman treated us like we're wasting his time, this makes twice now Bankston has treated us this way. The next day we went to 5 Star Ford and met Jason, my wife and I looked at 4 trucks from 2006 to 2008 models. Jason offered us more for our trade then Bankston Chevy, we ended up buying a 2010 Ford F150 pick up, we were treated like the only customer they had. Jason had the truck washed & fueled up, the after market department Manager Sam was great also, we bought a remote starter w/alarm system they installed. Our son & a friend have bought from 5 Star in the past & was very happy, we will continue to do business with 5 Star Ford in the future. Thank You David & Lori More

After spending weeks trying to locate a vehicle we finally found exactly what we were looking for at Five Star Ford. Our salesman, Jason Howell, was the best. a hassle free experience. I don't have a lot of time to sit in a dealership and haggle over pricing. I was able to do the entire transaction over the phone. We bought our second Ford Focus in 09 from Five Star Ford with Jason Howell being our Sales Associate. He gave us AWESOME customer service, explaining every detail of the car & set up our daughters SYNC syst with Jason Howell being our Sales Associate. In 2011 we again had to get another Ford Focus, due to the 08 Focus was totalled in an accident. Jason Howell again was called, not even a second thought given as to whom we would call. We called told him the details and went up to Five Star Ford. He had keys to the one that Camri drove ready, paper work ready & we were gone with in about 2 hours! Camri drove it off the lot and went to a job interview. She called to let us know that it was running hot, when the AC was on. I enjoyed this purchase. I normally like to be left to wander around a bit so that my wife and I can talk freely withour having any interuptions. We were allowed to do this at our request. When a sales person that did not know what we were doing ask about our visit and were we being assisted,they left us along when we explained what we were doing and that we had already spoken to a sales representitive. Once we had desided to look closer at some of the vehicled Mel was quickly able to supply all of the information that we needed. Jason handled our trade-in vehicle. The process was quick and painless. After we had agreed to a price, we were met by John in the finance department. Without trying to hard sell, he quickly explained the various options that we had with financing,warranty and other options available. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. More

Had done my homework on new Mustang pricing and incentives and Five Star Ford in NRH had car in color/configuration I was looking for. Called in advance and sales(Jason) immediately quoted their be incentives and Five Star Ford in NRH had car in color/configuration I was looking for. Called in advance and sales(Jason) immediately quoted their best price which was similar to my best quote obtained from other dealers. I appreciated the "no hassle" approach and when I visited Five Star Ford later that day there was never any pressure to buy the car. Instead the features of the car were patiently explained by Jason and i could immediately take it for a test drive. I decided to buy the car and the ppwk was ready very quickly and in just 30 minutes I was on my way. I wanted to pick up the car the next day which was no issue at all and when I arrived at the time we agreed on, the car was all detailed and ready to go waiting for me in front of the dealership. A great experience! More
