I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

I found Jason to be very patient with me as I evaluated various F-150 options, often discounting one initially and then circling back with a renewed interest. We looked at a number of combinations, eventua various F-150 options, often discounting one initially and then circling back with a renewed interest. We looked at a number of combinations, eventually narrowing the search to 2 trucks. After test driving both, we arrived at what I consider a very fair price for the F-150 EcoBoost with all the options I was looking for. Closing the deal was painless and I was on my way. Sales force was ver friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I was disappointed in the finance department. I requested a 48 month term, quoted me 60 month term. Became agitated when I told him I did not want to I was disappointed in the finance department. I requested a 48 month term, quoted me 60 month term. Became agitated when I told him I did not want to purchase additional warranty. I came with a loan approval from my bank. Asked if I minded if they try to beat my interest. They did beat the interest but I was required to supply additional information on the loan application. I was not happy with the finance piece. The good news is these finace tactics are pretty common so Five Star is not alone. More

Great experience as always. In and out with a new car in 2 hours. The salesman and finance man are very knowledgeable and quick. I called the salesman ahead of time and he was outside waiting on us with the 2 hours. The salesman and finance man are very knowledgeable and quick. On Feb 11, 2012 I contacted Jason Howell directly regarding a F-150 SuperCrew XL Lariat 4X4 fully equipped. After a brief discussion I set a time to meet him the same day. He was promt, punctual, c regarding a F-150 SuperCrew XL Lariat 4X4 fully equipped. After a brief discussion I set a time to meet him the same day. He was promt, punctual, courtious, and carried a customer first candor about him. We went for a spin in the truck in which I was well pleased. After cutting to the bottom line, I made the decision to purchase this truck. Jason took care of things behind the scenes for me while I was in the final stages of making the purchase. I had requested a few things to be added to the vehicle which would need to be done on a different day (such as bed coating, window tinting, auto butler, and a security tracking system). Jason Howell again to care of things behind the scenes while that was being done for me. Jason Howell is a true professional and a great representative of 5 Star Ford! I was so impressed that the following Saturday I requested to meet with the General Manager and voiced my positive experience with him. When I am ready to purchase another Ford, I certainly hope that Jason Howell still selling cars and also with 5 Star Ford. The entire experience was Great! Thank you Jason, and thank you 5 Star Ford. I went in to the deaLership after studying the independent reviews of both cars and dealerships. I had decided I wanted a 2010 Ford Fusion, and I decided, based on dealer reviews, that I would w independent reviews of both cars and dealerships. I had decided I wanted a 2010 Ford Fusion, and I decided, based on dealer reviews, that I would work with Five Star Ford. I wasn't disappointed. Jason Howell was very professional and helpful in every way, and LISTENED to what I wanted. I actually wound up buying a new 2012, because the factory rebates made it the smarter choice. The whole process was quite easy and stress-free. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Ford product of a good used vehicle to go to Five Star and see Jason. The financing experience was also just fine. It could have been better had the finance man actually told me what he was asking me to sign. (There were multiple documents, of course). He would simply say "sign here", and I would have to ask "What is this document for?" I know that in his position, he's trying to run people through quickly, but I think most people would appreciate it if it was handled like "This is the odometer verification... please sign here. This is the financing agreement that shows the interest rate you will be paying and the amount of the monthly payment. Please sign here." Its not a big deal, of course, because the buyer should ask if they don't understand what they are being asked to sign. To have the explanation come first would simply be a better approach. More

Jason and the Five Star Family went above and beyond to make my ENTIRE experience a pleasant one. My car was totaled in a recent accident and I needed a used, low mileage car that was reliable as a single make my ENTIRE experience a pleasant one. My car was totaled in a recent accident and I needed a used, low mileage car that was reliable as a single mom. The internet site was wonderful and allowed me to narrow down my search. I then told Jason what I was interested in and he did the rest! I drove about 10 cars and he was running to get one key after another to make me happy. He gave me great feedback about each car and truly helped me get the best deal for my money. I also was able to upgrade the seats and now it feels like a brand new vehicle! Jason got the swatched from the "upgrade" dept and let me pick my color. It is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. William Conner was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed as well. Also, I had to turn in my rental the insurance co. had given me. It was such an easy process to turn the vehicle into their dept. and they gave me a rental so I could wait for the seats to be done. The rental dept was also wonderful and made the transition so easy. I am a five star ford and Jason Howell customer for life....no reason to search anywhere else when I have found a place that makes buying a car such a SMOOTH process. No game playing, no chaos and no gimmicks. More
