I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

We were very frustrated with the experience and hassle it was to buy a car. Once we walked onto to the lot we were treated so wonderfully! Jason was so easy to work with and so nice. He showed us all the paperwork that there was to see about the vehicle from the vehicles history report to what the dealership fixed on it. He let us check out the vehicle on our own and wasn't looking over our shoulder the whole time. Paperwork was fast and easy and with out problems. My experience at 5 Star Ford was the best experience of any dealership that I have ever visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. The whole experience was great except for 1 part of miscommun any dealership that I have ever visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. The whole experience was great except for 1 part of miscommunication between 2 sales people. I really only consider that issue a hiccup as it was resolved. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

Jason was great to work with. We had to order our car as we needed a 4WD and none were available. Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process until the car was delivered. Once we arrived to pick up we needed a 4WD and none were available. Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process until the car was delivered. Once we arrived to pick up the car he gave us a thorough demonstration and worked wit us and the FP&A representitve, Michael, to get us to the price we needed in order to get the deal done. Jason always answers the phone and give us good insights. He was very interested in making us feel good about the transaction and he expressed his appreciation for our business. I went to 3-4 other dealerships when evaluating this purchase (a few other Sam Pack dealers included) and Jason was the best. Because of Jason's effort, I would recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and colleagues. More

I spent the weekend researching the purchase of a new Ford F-150. I had a 2002 F-150 that had been a great truck, but I was looking to replace it. After some exhaustive work on the internet, I felt com Ford F-150. I had a 2002 F-150 that had been a great truck, but I was looking to replace it. After some exhaustive work on the internet, I felt comfortable on what a good price would be from a dealership so I began to look. I generally knew what I wanted in a new pickup so I went to the Five Star Ford website and looked until I found a F-150 Lariat with all the options that I wanted. Late on Sunday afternoon, I "clicked" on the "get a quote" button and ask for a quote on a specific truck. About noon on Monday I receive a call from Jason Howell, Internet Sales Manager. We talked briefly and he advised me that the truck I wanted had been sold, but that he had located a simiilar truck with the same options. He quoted me a prcie that I was very pleased with, so my wife and I went to the dealership late Monday to actually look at the truck. Jason had the truck parked in front of the dealership and gave me and my wife a quick overview of all the options and featues on the truck. I was sold. The truck was everything that I wanted and the price was right, so we made the deal to purchase that afternoon. Jason took me to the "aftermarket" office where I picked a number of items I wanted added. Finishing there, we went to the finance office the sign all the paper work. Jason stayed close by to insure that everything went smoothly. The entire process was easy and stress free and I'm very happy with my new F-150 pickup.. More

From the moment we met Jason, we were hooked. Then, when the first truck sold, we told him to look for us. Low and behold, Jason actually called us, told us about a Ford Ranger that had just been traded in the first truck sold, we told him to look for us. Low and behold, Jason actually called us, told us about a Ford Ranger that had just been traded in and then, helped us make the purchase. The dealership checked out the Ranger, put new rotars on the brakes, detailed the truck and we picked it up on 3/14/13. Great service, great pricing and great follow-up.
