We got the best price by far for our new Ford F-150 and the sales process was easy, stress-free and they didn't add a thing to the price I was quoted. Aaron Dias is an outstanding salesperson, friendly, competent and entertaining. Tut Edwards, finace department, is efficient, professional, low-pressure and a snappy dresser. Long version - NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIT IN A SMALL ROOM AND BE BADGERED!!! We recently lost our only vehicle in a wreck and had to get a new car in a short period of time. We knew we wanted a little suv but not exactly which one. We spent two days visiting multiple dealerships, Subaru, Chevy, Mazda, Ford, Toyota, you name it. In practically every instance, we were badgered to make a choice "What will it take to get a new car today??!!!" and it was made difficult for us to leave. Since we were under the gun, we did eventually buy a vehicle that we are happy with, although we may have paid too much LOL Next we had to get a new truck, but now there is no rush, and we knew that we wanted a Ford F-150 - I contacted a number of internet sales depts and had them give me the numbers. Aaron Dias was by FAR the most helpful, friendly, pressure-free salesperson I contacted. PLUS - he gave me the best price. I had gotten another price from a different dealer, and I was warned that they would add all kinds of things, like bed liners, tint, etc etc and I would not get the truck for the price they quoted. I asked Aaron for the 'bottom line' and the price he quoted was EXACTLY the price that was given to me when we went to purchase the truck, to the penny. Tut Edwards in the finance department is professional, quick, and also entertaining (and a very snappy dresser). He handled the financing in an efficient way and we were out of there in no time. There was no real pressure to purchase extended warranties, or other expenses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIVE STAR FORD to purchase a new Ford, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AARON DIAS as your salesman, he is really funny. I've had occasion to get a price for service and they were in the mid-range of prices quoted, so I trust their service department, too. This is the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I will never shop in person again. Shop online for your next car and don't be fooled by low price quotes - make sure you ask the dealer for their "out the door" bottom line, the other low-quote dealer (Grand Prairie Ford) would not give me that number, and finally admitted that yes, the truck had a bed liner and all kinds of add-ons.that were to be added to the price when I came to pick it up. So just save yourself trouble and go to Five Star Ford in the first place. More

No frills deal — Excellent Price, Excellent People I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from 5-star Ford. I had done my research and shopped around but arrived here again, for a great deal on a great veh I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from 5-star Ford. I had done my research and shopped around but arrived here again, for a great deal on a great vehicle. My salesmen was very nice and straight-forward, so we agreed on a price (and other details) in less than 10 minutes at the 'bargaining table'. Basically, I asked for an aggressive price and I got it. I had my own financing so in-and-out of the financing office, it was a very painless and pleasant buying experience for a process that is normally considered stressful and drawn out. Everyone was very friendly, I felt I got a really good deal all-around, and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I hope to continue doing business with Five Star Ford for years to come. More

I was instructed to take my car to your service center but got to it after they'd already closed. Feeling very frustrated I figured I'd try the other location in NRH to see what I could do before giving up and going home. I was met by a super nice salesman(who I can't for the life of me remember his name) went above and beyond taking my keys and telling me he'd have one of their guys drive it over to the service shop in the morning so I didn't have to miss work the next day. I told myself then that when I was ready to buy another vehicle I was coming back to this place. My rental car turned out to be the Ford Fusion SE which I immediately fell in love with and knew that was going to be my next car and I'd be getting it from Five Star Ford in NRH. When I went in to look at the Fusion I was immediately greeted by such a warm and friendly salesman. Alfred El-Darazi treated me as if I were his daughter getting my first vehicle and I felt I could completely trust him. Made the entire experience extremely easy and stress free. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone looking for another vehicle. He then passed us over to Tut who handled the finance part of it and he was also extremely nice and made that part of it very quick and easy.
