He was also very knowledgeable about the features of each of the vehicles he chose for us to decide on, and at no time tried to pressure us into buying any one particular vehicle. We would definitely recommend that anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, ask for Alfred. After settling on the vehicle we felt would best fit our needs, we were directed to Tut Edwards in finance. Tut did an outstanding job of fully explaining the vehicle pricing and additional options for us to consider. Just as Alfred had been, Tut made every effort to leave every decision up to us. We were never pressured into purchasing additional items that would unnecessarily drive up the price of our vehicle. We walked out (after signing our paperwork, of course) confident in our purchase and very pleased with the entire experience! More

I shopped around at other dealerships and was confronted with salesmen who were condescending and rude. Alfred listened to what I had to say and helped me get into the 2014 Ford Escape that I wanted. From the moment we walked onto the lot and Jim Fairweather greeted us our shopping experience just got better and better. We actually had no intention of buying a vehicle on this day, but because of the superb salesmanship of Jim we walked away with a nearly new vehicle. Jim was considerate, listened to our list of needs, and didn't bother us with vehicles that were not in our "range". This was a refreshing experience. His knowledge of his product was outstanding and he pointed out advantages for us, (as older buyers) that most would have just left out. Once we had decided to buy we were taken to "Tut". What a great man. He gave us so many options, and explained each one completely. His knowledge of finance was excellent, and he took the time to take us through the different services offered and the advantages/disadvantages as they related to "us". Alfred met my father and I out in the lot while we were looking to see what exactly I was wanting. He was quick to grab a set of keys so I could test drive what I picked out. After the test drive we went inside to work out the price then I received a text that I needed to pick up my twin seven year old boys. Once I had them picked up and made it back to the dealership Alfred remembered me and had everything readily available so we could work out the price. During the negotiation and working out the financing Alfred was very helpful in keeping my boys entertained. After we had all that worked out he sent me to Tut Edwards office were we finished up all the paperwork. Tut is very good at what he does. He does a good job at suggesting and not pressuring the many add ons that can run up the price of the vehicle. He was able to get the interest rate that I was comfortable with. I will recommend these guys at Five Star Ford to all my friends and family. More

She held my hand and walked me through the whole thing, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely eager to please. I was referred to Five Star Ford by my loan officer at the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Miriam Carrasquillo, but since I live in Denton, I decided to try the closer dealerships first. That was a mistake. Compared to the professionalism of the staff at Five Star Ford, the other two I visited were neither knowledgeable nor up to the challenge of dealing with someone (me) who knew exactly what he wanted and how much he was willing to pay. That I ended up at Five Star Ford was my reward for the trials I found at the other two places. Buying a car is not a process I enjoy, but Crystal and the rest made it as painless as they possibly could. I am a firm believer in word-of-mouth, and I will be singing the praises of Five Star Ford for years to come. More
