No pressure from the first moment to the close of the deal. Jim explained the features and let us test drive as many trucks as we wanted. With the large inventory at 5-Star Ford we had many to choose from. Tut in the finance department explained all our options and never pressured us into buying anything we didn't want. Friendly, no pressure folks with a mind for first rate customer service are the first and last impressions we had buying our pre-owned Truck. The service department prepped our F-150 with an oil change, new wiper blades and a full tank of gas. The truck was spotless inside and out. A real testament to 5-Star Fords's attention to detail and exceptional customer service. I'll be back the next time I need a vehicle and will recommend 5-Star Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck. More

Verery Friendly and Helpful I was not even wanting to get a new car yet and walked out with one! Aaron doesn't try to sell you a car, he helps you find the car that you want. He doesn't play pricing games, he makes it clear how much the car will cost so that you can make your decision. When showing the car, Aaron takes the time to introduce the car to you and explains the important features, then he gives you time to explore and discuss. Once you have made your decision to buy from Five Start Ford, as we have done 4 times now, Aaron kicks into go mode. He recognizes that your time is valuable and he does everything he can to get you out of the dealership quickly with your new car, including running through the halls getting his whole team going (detail, finance, etc...). Fortunately, the Five Star Ford experience doesn't stop there. Aaron handed us off to Tut who gave us the Tutman experience. Tut was great. How often do you say that about the finance guy? He walked us through each of the details to make sure that everything matches up to what Aaron told us. He didn't even flinch when I asked to go back through the numbers because something seemed off to me. Tut was efficient, again valuing my time, but was happy to talk through any questions I had. Yep, we even had a few good laughs... in the finance office. I've bought four cars from Five Star Ford. They value me as a customer and they give me an experience worth coming back for. He was ready to take us around the lot in a vehicle so we wouldn't have to walk in the weather with our kids.
