I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle and he genuinely cared about me and what I wanted. He took excellent care of me and made the experience pleasant and painless. There is no doubt in my mind as long as Lee is working at Five Star Ford, he has mine and my family's business. I have already recommended him to prospective buyers. The overall experience was the best I've ever had in buying a car. Rick put no pressure on me and worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted. He took his time with me, answered my questions, put up with my occasional wishy-washiness, and ultimately got me in and out in what seemed like record time. Let's not forget about price - he didn't try to fool around with me, but simply put his best foot forward and we closed the deal very quickly. Tut Edwards was my finance manager - aside from being incredibly entertaining and funny, he was very helpful in making sure I was making the best financial decisions. He did not put pressure on me to buy things I didn't want. Again, he worked quickly and got me out the door extremely quickly. Both Rick and Tut were simply nice people who made me feel that they were mostly concerned with helping me, versus making a sale. I highly recommend both of them. More

He turned out to be busy when we arrived, but he had Lee Clanton help us. It was a very easy and satisfying shopping experience. We were told the price for both new and used trucks. We found a very reasonably price and mileage 2013 F150 with all the features that we wanted. The financing and extended warranty experience was very smooth and enjoyable as well. I also felt like we were valued as return customers. More
