Eddie Laguana was our Sales Consultant for both purchases. He is very professional and truly cares for his customers. When we first arrived, Eddie was not on duty and we were greeted by Juan who treated us great! His honesty was apparent when he wanted to make sure that Eddie was contacted about us returning to buy another vehicle. Then, in Finance, we met two great guys that made our finance experience very pleasant and non-painful. The two were Tut and Freddie. Freddie actually closed the deal and both guys were fantastic. Nobody likes to be sold, but everybody likes to buy. Eddie and 5 Star Ford made the buying experience fast, fun, and painless. There was no pressure or pushing to get into a vehicle that wasn't what I wanted. I've always been a loyal Ford customer, and this dealership went above & beyond to keep my loyalty. But in this case I am happy to submit a very positive review about my buying experience at Five Star Ford in NRH. I was in the market for a new Mustang. I’d done a lot of research, knew the options I wanted, and the price I was willing to pay. Out of a misguided sense of loyalty I first went to Grapevine Ford where I had purchased a car a few years earlier. Well, it turns out that they were not loyal to me. I had a terrible experience with them and stormed out as they played their stupid games (read the reviews of Grapevine Ford, they’re not good). Five Star Ford on the other hand had excellent online reviews but I was really so jaded by the time I decided to visit them that I expected more of the typical waste-my-time routine. I’m pleased to report that their high ratings are well-deserved and my experience at Five Star was simply fantastic. The instant my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted by a smiling Eddie Laguana. He actually seemed happy that we were there and he welcomed us as important customers. I’d printed out descriptions of 4 Mustangs I’d seen on their website, with VIN numbers, at the price I wanted. But I purposely left the printouts in my car because Grapevine Ford had made me feel like an idiot when I tried to match their internet cars to actual cars on their lot. Surprisingly, when I told Eddie that I’d seen some nicely priced Five Star Ford Mustangs online he smiled and said “let’s go drive them!” Instead of making it seem that the internet specials were completely irrelevant to REAL WORLD car buying, he told my wife that he was happy I’d done my research and that we were his favorite kind of customers! I retrieved my list of 4 cars and he was off and running to get 4 keys to those EXACT cars. From there it just got better. We had a great time test-driving with Eddie. We only needed to drive one of the cars but he was willing to let us drive all of them if we had wanted. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered about a million of our questions. Best of all, he was never, ever, pushy. He simply gave good advice and listened. He also treated my wife as if she was an important partner in this transaction and not some silly woman who was going to be swayed by cup-holders and vanity mirrors. In short, Eddie acted as a true professional who wanted the customer to be happy. What a concept! When we decided to buy the car the negotiations were seamless. Eddie did not have to run off for 45-minutes to get supervisor approval. He didn’t roll his eyes and tell us that the internet price was a misprint that didn’t include blah, blah, blah. We agreed on a price, he filled out most of the forms in front of us, and then walked us to Finance where we met Kenny Wilder and finished up the paperwork. Kenny was also a breath of fresh air. He had our financial paperwork filled out correctly and he explained all of the details clearly and concisely. He did a nice job outlining the benefits of the extended warranty option but did not force it on us. When we declined, he kept a smile on his face and we talked Mustangs for a while -- he’s a true aficionado. It’s true that I have not yet dealt with the Service Department at Five Star, but if it is anything like the Sales Department I will be very pleased. Thanks to Eddie and Kenny, I honestly do recommend Five Star Ford and I’m glad I purchased from them. More

When we decided to purchase a Ford Lariat from Eddie Laguana at Five Star, we were very surprised to find that the customer support and service he provided matched or exceeded that experience we had in our most recent purchase of a RX 350 in April 2015 from Sewell. Eddie was very proactive in seeing to our needs, as well as answering any questions we may have had. He immediately gave us his personalized cell # to call him for any reason. All in all a great visit and an exceptional sales experience with Eddie and one that we will not forget. More
