Eddie was excellent in providing and helping with everything that I needed without getting bogged down in unnecessary issues. He listened well and we were able to reach a mutual deal quickly. Likewise David was easy to deal with on the closing paperwork. It was a cash deal through another financing entity, and while he explained all my options, he didn't drag out the process and made it smooth and efficient. Bottom line, I enjoyed doing business with both Eddie and David specifically, and Five Star Ford in general. More

He's not just the Finance Manager Tut was the ONLY person on a rainy day that was willing to help me find out some information on a 2017 F250 on the lot. If I HAD to go through Ford for financing, I have a feeling he would have made my experience the BEST I'd ever had. He was sad that I brought my own NFCU check and I was sad I didn't get to close with him (David was cool but not Tut cool). Eddie - Made my negotiations pretty painless and was quick to ensure I had first dibs on the truck I was considering; Only other thing I wish I'd gotten would have have gotten my Military appreciation or Ford Loyalty $$ on this deal. I was originally referred to Eddie Laguana by a co worker of mine who althoug This is the second Ford Fusion purchase I have made at this dealership. I was originally referred to Eddie Laguana by a co worker of mine who although at that time did not purchase a vehicle herself back in 2012 she told me that at Five Star she did not the pressure to do a sale like on other dealerships. I knew what she meant when I dealt with Eddie to purchase my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. Six years later I decided to trade in my 2012 Ford Fusion for a 2018 Ford Fusion Platinum. I called Eddie after letting him know the vehicle that I wanted was in another dealership, he arranged to have it available within three days at Five Star North Richland Hills which is very convenient for me as is the closest Ford dealership form where I live. I look forward to dealaing with Eddie again very soon. I also want to give a shout out to Sam O'Reggio and the aftermarket department who added the extras that I wanted on both cars back in 2012 and again now in both a timely and quickly fashion.. More
