She was genuinely concerned about cost and options that we were interested in and did not rush our decision making process. She spent a great deal of time showing us the options and demonstrating them on the truck we purchased, showed us the web site for sync my ride. I too am in the customer service business, and I was very impressed with Betty's exceptional customer service. In the past, purchasing cars has always been somewhat of a stressful and painful experience; however, Betty made this a pleasant experience even though this was an expensive purchase.
