DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a used Land Rover Velar from this dealership on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. The car was delivered to me in xx. Helena on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. After the salesman left, I put the car in my garage and then noticed that a 4" piece of the spoiler above the back hatchback was broken off and missing from the car. This was not the case when I inspected the car on Monday. I have left multiple messages on multiple days for my salesman (Demaraie Burks) and the Sales Manager (Gabriel Andrade), neither of which will return my call. I subsequently spoke to a Jonathan Luckey, Sales Executive, who told me that this was not the way the dealership conducted their business and he would get this taken care of for me. However, that was the last I've heard from him and now he also will not return my calls or texts. What kind of a dealership delivers a damaged car and then won't take responsibility for it? This is my 3rd Range Rover vehicle albeit the first I've purchased from the San Jose dealership. I'm a loyal LR owner and am dismayed by the total and complete lack of responsibility by this San Jose dealership. Save your money, time and aggravation and go somewhere else that is trustworthy!
