Recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer from Sky Jeep. - CharlesH

Recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer from Sky Jeep. We are from out of state and always dread the experience of haggling at auto dealerships. While transparency of the actual vehicle price was an issue initially, once we got past the negotiating phase of the process, things continued to proceeded quickly and professionally. We ended up with our much sought after dream car at a fair price. We are thankful to the team at Sky Jeep that assisted us!

I had a great experience working with Brett Simons on the - Eric

I had a great experience working with Brett Simons on the purchase of my truck. He was courteous, casual, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Brett also made sure the truck was ready to go when I arrived for pickup, which made the whole experience even easier. The dealership even arranged an Uber from the airport, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciate how straightforward and hassle-free Brett made the process. I’d definitely recommend working with Brett if you’re looking for a truck and want someone who is easy to deal with and follows through.

Outstanding service and true professionalism! - Lyne.routhier

Outstanding service and true professionalism! We were traveling in our Class B RV and had been driving with an ABS/ESC warning light since leaving Boise, which was possibly due to work done in Boise.. We decided to visit the service department at Heritage Dodge because our Volta electrical system was also acting up, and we were hoping having the chassis inspected might resolve the Volta issue as well. The service team was absolutely incredible, and we want to give special recognition to Rheannon Tanner, Service Advisor, who provided exceptional care. Rheannon was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. She thoroughly investigated the cause, took detailed photos proving the link to previous work done in Idaho, and contacted that shop directly to share the photos and coordinate payment for the invoice so we wouldn't be out of pocket. Rheannon turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Brad Malmgren is a fantastic salesman and stands by his - lriendeau

Brad Malmgren is a fantastic salesman and stands by his customers including post-sale. He made an out of state, sight unseen purchase smoother, faster, and easier than the neighborhood dealership down the street. He helped with recommendations for shipping, coordinated a quick and painless e-close, was honest and helpful when a warranty repair needed to happen within a week of receiving the vehicle, and even hustled to get extra forms signed on the fly while literally at the DMV. Definitely would recommend Brad to family and friends. Would buy from him again from out of state! Best experience with a dealership by far in multiple states. Really fast to pick up the phone and reply to texts too.

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as - Jarrod

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

1.0 Stars — Predatory and Exploitative Sales Tactics - kenn.gerber

1.0 Stars — Predatory and Exploitative Sales Tactics Target Disabled Adults I am writing this as the SSI Representative Payee for my son-in-law. Recently, my daughter and son-in-law—both young adults on the autism spectrum with disabilities—visited Karl Malone Chrysler Dodge alongside a friend. My daughter earns roughly $1,000 a month, and my son-in-law receives $360 in monthly SSI benefits with no additional income. Neither has established credit. Despite this obvious financial reality, the dealership used the friend who accompanied them to push through a sale on a $28,000 vehicle with a $500 monthly payment—an impossible burden consuming nearly their entire household income while caring for a 1-year-old child. In any standard vehicle sale, income and financial capacity are explicitly assessed. Knowing their combined income was barely $1,300 a month, how was this transaction allowed to move forward without raising immediate red flags? Because of their disabilities, these young adults do not fully grasp the financial magnitude of a loan like this. Taking advantage of vulnerable individuals who clearly lack the financial capability to sustain such a debt is unacceptable. When they realized what happened and tried to return the vehicle the very next morning, the manager claimed there was "nothing he could do," offering only to cover their first monthly payment—a token gesture that does nothing to solve an unmanageable financial burden. Whether or not these practices technically cross legal boundaries, exploiting two young adults with disabilities and a young child is deeply unethical. This predatory deal has set this young family up for immediate financial distress. Buyers, families, and caregivers should exercise extreme caution dealing with this establishment.
