I am not prone to writing and/or posting comments/reviews for merchants and their services but I am happy to make an exception as a result of my positive experience and treatment at the Phil Meador Subaru dealership in Pocatello, Idaho. Most noteworthy of mention are 3 of their service workers Shelby Burrup, Brooke Wolfley and Chason Mender who promptly assisted me. Their positive, friendly and professionalism are deserving of a 5 star rating. Also worth mentioning was the clean waiting room with free condiments and freshly brewed coffee making it obvious to me that the dealership want their customers to be comfortable while waiting. Again, thank you for the very positive experience. Needless to say I would recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone needing assistance with their vehicle. You won’t be disappointed.
