The Quick Lane service representative is awesome yet the Service Department is another story. It took 2 trips to get a simple, under warranty, windshield washer motor repaired. $233.00 after, it is fixed. Last night my son and I took inventory of all the Fords we have owned and we could remember about 13. I have never had a problem with a service department until now.

I brought my Truck into Spike Ford because of the airbag, passenger side was working intermittently. They diagnosed it for free and said it would cost a large sum of Money. I could not afford. So I told them I would think about it. Michelle the manager called me and said she called Ford and got them to pay the majority of it and my portion would be way low. Very affordable now. Such great service. Dont go anywhere else.

This dealership and service business is now SAMES Ford, under new ownership. When checking in for our appointment, we were told there was not one and would need to wait our turn- 1 1/2 hours then 45 minutes for the oil change. I showed her the email appointment notice- date, time, confirmation. She said "that is not a guaranteed appointment, you still wait your turn in line. Appointments allow us to know how many people are planning to come, then we know how many technicians to schedule". There is no need to make an appointment at this business, plan to wait your turn.

If you have a problem with a vehicle they'll service it but it won't be until the second or third time. I have brought multiple vehicles to get serviced here first lasted 2 months before the gaskets they installed on my ecoboost turbo loosened and spilled oil leaving me stranded on I-10 8 hours from home. Second vehicle was brought in for a weird noise they said it was the rear differential, same thing lasted two months in service, once I got it out the same noise started happening again took it back to them and now, they're saying it's the front differential. Will keep ya'll posted to see if this happens again or not. Sadly, this is the closest service department my warranty covers. Major inconvenience.

I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. - ILM1976

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.
