I love the family feel the service department and the body shop but they never fix the issue with the back up sensor on the after market bumper you installed beeping when there's nothing back there and distance something looks far then you hit it very dissatisfied with that I went back 2 times to get it done but never got fixed

Randy in the Service Department reviewed the previous eork done, addressed options, and had the car in for a diagnostic evaluation within minutes. He and his team ascertained the problem outlined my options, and had the truck in gor corrective measures in a rapid professional mannner. He even called the previous dealer to discuss the correct manner to address the errors done by the previous dealer, so that I wouldn't have to pay another deductable on my extended warranty for the same repair. My vehicle was diagnosed, the problem addressed, and me back on the road in less than 3 hours of arrival! I found the dealership clean, professional, and the staff service exemplary. I couldn't have asked for better service, results, or final outcome. Randy is my new favorite Texan!
