We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.

They were attentive to the details of the situation. Our fobs had to be reprogrammed after a locksmith accidentally kicked them out of the system. The price of the reprogramming was pretty fair seeing as how it was a Cadillac they were working on.

My opinion of the dealership is very mixed. The guy that sold me the vehicle is ok. The service department is absolutely horrible. There are IT issues that they really should resolve. Example, VM’s that never go anywhere or get returned. No f’s given by service manager. They are slow. Hours for and oil change (routinely). Disassemble and check things that they were not asked to check or repair. I wish they were better.
