Great experience - DaPlumber

I would be happy to work with Judy and Carriage Motors again! They were all very easy to work with. I'm enjoying the Corvette so far car seems well kept and prepped. All and all a great experience.

First of all, I live in Grand Island with my wife and we - neiltberger

First of all, I live in Grand Island with my wife and we have one of our daughters attending and studying at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. We were notified that our 2006 Chevy Tahoe, she is driving starting making some strange sounds. So while I was working at a Husker Football game, I was visiting with a few of our staff members to locate a trusting mechanic in Lincoln to resolve this issue rather than attempting to drive/tow the 2006 Chevy Tahoe to Grand Island. During one of my conversations I came in contact with Sid Dillon who was very kind and willing to offer any type of assistance to help our family in need. At this time, Sid sent a text to Jon Pieper to let him know about our situation and that I would be calling in the next couple days. When I called and visited with Jon, he was very patient and willing to help us resolve the strange sounds. Our daughter took the Chevy Tahoe to the service center and the staff was able to work on our vehicle. The brakes were fixed in a couple days. We will recommend Sid Dillon to anyone and everyone for quality service and a trusting staff.

Everything went fine. - claynaff

Everything went fine. They were accommodating and friendly. They accepted a check (that surprised me!), and a rep drove to my city to deliver the title when it was ready.

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again. Jim McGraw

Friendly professional service from everyone I had contact... - Droge

Friendly professional service from everyone I had contact with. Salesmen worked hard to find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for and provided good service from beginning to close of the deal. Finance manager was professional and did a good job of explaining forms, etc.
