We have always had a great experience buying a new - Scott

We have always had a great experience buying a new vehicle at KC Summers Buick GMC. Yesterday was the best customer experience we have ever had at any dealership in all the years we have been buying vehicles. It was honestly all because of our sales person, Patrick Tingley. Patrick is such a knowledgeable and personable young man that he made us comfortable from the moment we met him and gave us a very relaxed, enjoyable experience. He is a very very transparent salesperson, works to get you the best deal and never ever pushed or rushed us into a decision on purchasing a vehicle. He was willing to proceed however we wanted by taking a small deposit to hold the truck, telling us to take our time and if we wanted to look around more or think about the purchase or, which we ultimately did, purchase the truck and he would make sure that everything was done that day even right up to closing. What a pleasant truck buying experience and we can’t thank Patrick enough!

Once again, Anthony and Todd did it again. - Ewithers24

Once again, Anthony and Todd did it again. They made our buying a new vehicle seamless.. They are the most courteous and friendly people. This is our third purchase at this dealership and we will not make the mistake again of going anywhere else. We will always buy from them. Hopefully Anthony and Todd will be there forever.. buying a car should not be a hassle and Diepholz makes it as simple as possible. They will forever have our business and they should forever have yours as well.. next time when you’re looking for a car make sure to check out Anthony and Diepholz in Paris. We absolutely love them.

Horrible scam artists - Kelliegreen

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.
