I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

I had an excellent experience working with the folks at Napleton to get my 25 F150 XLT. Rich aka "The Gray" was not only a good dude, but a fair and reasonable point of contact with the sales manager Bob aka Big Hoss. Bob was a touch of a tough sell on a couple minor items- but, it's a negotiation, and we reached a very fair price OTD with the Gold Certification I wanted on the truck. Rocco Boberto DiCicci with the slick hair in the finance office was no xx, no pressure- he did upsell an additional warranty which I opted not to take at this time, and he was totally cool about the whole thing. I'm pleased with my new Truck and grateful to the folks here at Napleton for making this a smooth, no pressure, no xx experience.

I finalized a deal in cash to purchase a new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road pick-up truck from Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on Ashland Ave in Chicago, Illinois on August 11, 2005. I traded in my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 that was also purchased at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. in August of that year. On August 9, 2005, I viewed my new 2005 truck for the first time. It was a filthy mess. I never said a word about its appearance at that time because I was assured on Thursday August 11th that it would be ready and prepared for delivery. I returned to Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on that date to trade my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 in and pick-up my new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road truck. After the transaction was completed, I had a chance to view my new truck again. Due to the weather conditions, I was not able to totally inspect the vehicle the way it needed to be because it was raining that day. When I went home and after it stopped raining, I was able to thoroughly inspect my new truck. I was shocked to find out when I lifted the hood, the engine compartment was filthy and the front grill where the top meets the hood was bubbled, faded, and cracked. The bed of the truck was covered with some sort of tree sap because the finish was so faded and dull they could not initially clean it. All four tires had an average of 25 lbs. of pressure when the maximum air pressure is 44 lbs. Also one valve stem cap was missing on the right rear tire. How nobody at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. ever saw the condition of this vehicle is beyond me.

I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to Chicago<br>I called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I received<br>a refund. Happy-Happy.
