Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed

Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.

Then a year later my bravada was totalled they helped me with every step of insurance pay off and even saved a vehicle that I wanted for two weeks until everything was resolved
