I drove 2.5 hours to purchase my vehicle from Bowman and it was well worth the time! The dealership gets kudos for being comfortable, clean, non-pushy and super helpful in every way possible! Highly recommend! My salesman, Brad, was excellent! I never saw my vehicle -- it was all done on the internet -- and he was commendable to say the least. He never pushed. Gave me all the answers to each of my questions and when I hesitated for a day or two he was patient enough to allow me the time to make up my mind. Unlike other cars I have purchased in the past,, he took the time to explain every single feature to me before I drove away. I give Brad a 10 out of 10 for sure! Don't hesitate to go to Bowman -- you won't be sorry! P.S. I accidentally left my garage door opener there and two days later I received it via Fed Ex. So impressed!!!

I worked with Mayo Noriega and he was personable, professional, straightforward , honest in answering my questions. My car had a sticker on window indicating “needs work”. He explained why and off set cost of the inspection in price of car. The service department (Jeremy and Kenny) also through and while the Equinox I purchased does need work, the car is safe, I have estimates on repairs and can prioritize. It was a good experience and look forward to the next experience.

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit.
