The transmission on our Grand Caravan went out at the top of the Zilwaukee Bridge. We were able to limp into your dealership, where Candelario Hernandez took excellent care of us. He arranged a rental car, to get us on time, to an important meeting we had scheduled in Bay City. He then worked with our extended warranty company to get the transmission replaced, and to be able to continue the use of the rental car until our Caravan was fixed. We live more that 75 miles from Saginaw, and appreciate Candelario making this problem as worry free, and successful as could be possible. I would like to thank everyone at your dealership for making this problem as painless as possible. By the way, I now always use I-675 to go around the bridge.

In person service good. Keeping me informed not so hot. Ordered seals for my car they told me they were on back order. 3 months later still no word on them Finally called and had them in 4 days. Had my car for over a week and had to call every other day to get an update.

First I would like to say we began using Thelen service in 2009 and were so happy with their service we used their body shop and went on to purchase a new 2018 Sedona from them. Unfortunately they are not the dealership and service department we were so happy with today. We had the service department troubleshoot and replace both headlight bulbs on our 2018 Kia Sedona. When we had to drive in the dark my wife noticed the driver side light was aiming at the ground. After spending around 150.00 I ended up making the proper repair myself. Then our window on our van was stuck in the down position and it was the actuator that was bad. They told me the cable was stuck inside the motor. I asked for my parts and they took their time finding them. There was no possible way the cable could be stuck in the motor. Per 2 other Kia service departments they stuck us for $400.00 plus in in needed repairs with no consultation. Then after the review phone call and my conversation with the service manager I was going to have the opportunity to receive a call from Mike Thelen which to this point he has not reached out to me.

We had the distinct pleasure of working a deal with Jamie Curry via internet on a 2016 Ram 1500. As I found out in my search for a vehicle Jamie is the rare individual that actually returns email inquiries. He was honest, hard-working and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Even when there was a possibility the deal wasn't going to happen. In the end we made a, more than fair, deal and we willingly traveled from New Jersey to pick up the truck. Highly recommended. The business office is also incredibly professional and NON-pushy. They asked if we were interested in their extras, we said no, end of story. No pushy sales talk. i have this car that im having problems with.. they had my car for two weeks the first time got it back same problem.. Two months the second time paid the money got my keys my car wouldnt start battery was full... so didnt get my money back was about 700... 5 times my car was in there and still about 2000 dollars later took my car to dean arbor in tawas figured my problem out in one day.. And was completely honest with me... Zubeck has no idea what they are doing.. do not go there....
