Spent THREE days going back and forth with the Jeremy at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. The car was not on the lot so it was difficult to get all my questions answered but I decided to go ahead and purchase anyways. Transaction was simple, very easy and straight forward. Jeremy followed up with me every step of the way and made this purchase very smooth. I highly recommend them. But you have to move fast, they have a great selection of cars at a great prices so they sell them fast and do not do holds. I have bought over a dozen cars over the internet at dealerships as far away as Idaho. And this was easily one of the easist transactions I have done. I contacted Ken Ganley in Sandusky to see if they had any sports cars. They didn’t but referred me to Ken Ganley in Norwalk. Scott Meek called me to see what I was looking for and he told me that they had just taken in a 2012 Mustang GT convertible. I drove to the dealership and met Scott. He was kind, not pushy and answered my questions honestly. I wrote a check and signed all the paperwork. I Love my car and my sales experience with Scott Meek was great! When I am ready for a new car, I will be returning to Ken Ganley!

We called on a sales call for a particular Jeep Wrangler. Carlos answered, answered all of our questions in a very professional manner! Stated he would have pictures to us within 15 minutes, unlike other dealers we still haven’t heard from them for days and to our surprise Carlos had sent them to us as he promised. We set an appointment and arrived at the dealership only to see the Wrangler was cleaned and ready to be presented. The vehicle met our expectations so we then proceeded with the deal. No pressure in the dealing, Jon the sales manager presented the reason for the price and the facts with price ratings. They were right in line from the beginning. We have to say Carlos is very very professional and courteous. Jon is a class Sales Manager and very professional. If you go to Charlie’s for a vehicle purchase you have to ask for Carlos!! You will have a great experience!

Very unprofessional, one of the worst experiences of my life. Sold me a death trap for 12,000. They made me feel like the vehicle was safe. Family vehicle. Broke down in first month of purchase. Then a month after that rear end completely goes out. The replaced it with old rusted and corroded on which now they are trying to charge me bc its leaking and its about to go again. The broke off my break pad said it would stop the rubbing sound coming from my front right tire. The list goes on. I hate going there every six months to keep warranty going on it, they create more problems then anything else. It is now called ken gainley, same people. You've beem warned.

Heard good things about this dealership so drove down from Toledo. When I pulled on in I noticed how unkept it looked - junk cars in the back, weeds growing in the parking lot, a car wash that I would be afraid of. Went in and was greeted by AC / DC blasting in the showroom. Made a quick stop in the bathroom and the waste can was overflowing onto the floor. I decided then that I had wasted my time as this was not my type of dealership.

Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much

Broke my car - Taken advantage of

Took car in for diagnostic. They told me to bring it in they would get to it. Two days later I call they said they couldn't fix it charge me. Then I started it. Sounded like the took exhaust off. They said it sounded like that when I dropped it off. Warning if u leave ur vehicle their it might b missing parts.
