The entire dealership experience was great from start to finish. Janéa and her manager along with the GM were more than accommodating. The truck I purchased was an 'as is' truck but there was a rattle when test driving it. The service team diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem free of charge

I had a great experience with Jeremy Taylor and Jeff Hess. I was looking for a Jeep and had a tight budget as it’s my first vehicle. They were extremely accomadating, and when I went in to negotiate the price they were open and honest, and worked with me. Jeremy paid attention to everything I told him about my needs and wants for my vehicle and was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the used Gladiator I ended up getting. They also take very good care of their vehicles. I went to four dealerships and they were the only ones who had invested in the vehicle in services, tires and keeping it spotless inside and out. I am so happy with my new truck and extra happy that I can get it serviced with these guys!!

I drove from out of state. They do not take deposits to hold vehicles. The salesman gave me the keys to drive it but told me nothing about the vehicle or features. I traded an older vehicle of the same type but had to figure out the new features on my own. I don't know if he figured he didn't need to since I was coming from hours away and it was a done deal. No salesmanship. Nice guy and polite though. Finance guy was efficient and polite. Drove vehicle home, took out the paper on the floor. The floormats in the front that were in the pictures were missing. Went back and forth with the salesman for a month before contacting the sales manager. He took care of it, was polite and apologetic. However, when I got them, they must be the wrong mats. I have directions to cut carpet for the plastic pieces that the mats snap down to. The old ones must not have had that, so the new ones shouldn't either. Overall, a mixed experience. Wouldn't recommend if you are driving fro. Afar.

Honestly and whole heartedly Do Not come here for service. Brondes maumee service department is completely unorganized and completely unprofessional. Had my car towed in Thursday to be diagnosed power steering issue. We only received one call Thursday at 9:27 saying they were starting to “Look” at it. 4:00 rolls around no call to say what they’ve found or done to the car. 4:30 we decided to call and see what’s going on with my car they haven’t found anything but they were still “looking”. Friday we give them the benefit of the doubt to call US to tell us what’s wrong to the car. Not a single call…. 4:13 rolls around we’ve decided to call Again. The answer we received it they aren’t sure what’s going on really and they’ll talk to the guy working on the call and call us back. YEAHHHH okay. By this point the lack of communication on them is getting leery. They don’t call us back. So at this point I the female and owner of the Car decided to call it’s Saturday at 10:24 am at this point. Finally they stay they tried reprogramming it and it did not work. So I have My significant other go to retrieve my kids car seats because at this point they say we’ll have answers Monday and him being a mechanic himself he decided to turn on the car while there and what do you know the REPROGRAMMING WORKED. No mechanic notes saying what they’ve done so he asks to just take the car because obviously it worked. The guy proceeded to try and say the car would fall apart if we took it and black mail us. So we say we’re gunna call the police at this point. They he finally lets us have my car. The Lazy people here can’t even shut your hood while it’s parked out side yikesssss hate to see the damage they would have done if they kept it to Monday. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE There are better ford Dealerships/service in Dundee and across lower Michigan save yourself the headache and hassle.

I was looking for a used Mach-E and found one online at Statewide Ford. I sent a message asking for information and Alissya Griffith responded right away. She sent me a personalized video of the car and was incredibly helpful. I was worried about the trade in value on my car, but when they looked it over they didn't attempt to undervalue it and treated me fairly. They gave me what KBB said it was valued at for trade. Alissa was courteous and accommodating through the entire process. I worked with Gabe in financing and other than him acting like a disappointed parent when I rejected the additional warranty, he did an excellent job. There were multiple members on the team who stopped by and chatted with me about how to manage a new electric vehicle. One of the owners even stopped by for a few minutes. I've had many bad experiences with dealerships, but this wasn't one of them. Good people, good team.

My parents and I were at Bowling Green State University to watch my daughter graduate. The car started making concerning noises on the way back home. We looked up the closest Ford dealership. It was Thayer Ford. We took it there not knowing if they would even look at it since it was a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by Andrew Sergent. He diagnosed the problem as a loose heat shield, and removed it for free! Thank you Andrew for making a potentially bad situation for us turn into a great experience at your dealership. I was very disappointed in my experience with Bob Thomas Ford. The vehicle I was interested in was an import from Canada and based on prior experience Canadian vehicles, due to the weather, often have rust issues particularly on the undercarriage. I specifically asked the "online sales manager" about the condition of the undercarriage and I was assured that is was in "great shape". I was ready to move forward with the purchase but wanted to get a couple of pictures of the underside of the vehicle. When I asked, the online guy passed the sale on to another salesman who sent the pics I asked for and low and behold the undercarriage was, as I suspected, very rusty and corroded. Shady is the word that comes to mind. After pointing out the condition of the vehicle, I did not hear another word from Bob Thomas Ford.
