I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Everyone was fantastic to work with. One of the best Chevy dealerships I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a 2017 Cadallac Escalade with 122,000 miles for ONLY $23,000!! Super clean, no rust, interior like new! I owned a financial investment firm for 36 years and every few years my accountant would tell me we needed a sizable deduction, so i'd purchase a brand new Cadallac Escalade, so I know what a well kept clean car looks like. I didn't know, but when you buy a used car with more than 100,000 miles, there is no warranty. By the time I got my car home I could tell there was something wrong with the transmission. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off the first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new loaner. I returned the loaner and expected to pay for services rendered and NO CHARGE!! Two days later I had another issue and brought it back, got the same loaner, and again NO CHARGE!!! Something a few days later and the same result. NO CHARGE!!!! I and my team at my Financial planning firm new the client was king and we treated and served them as such. LASH went way beyond the call of duty. I and my family will be loyal to them for the rest of my life!

I went in to see what they had on the lot. First I had to talk about what I wanted in a vehicle. After getting approval Kevin Ross came in the lot with a Chevrolet 1500 crew cab truck. I told him about where I needed to be payment wise. We worked out the numbers which are close to where I needed to be. I signed on the dotted line and I drove my new truck home. It has everything I wanted in a truck and thank you Kevin for your services and Jeff Wyler for providing me with this brand new truck.

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.

Scratched the whole side of my truck - Hoffman418

Brought my 2014 Silverado in today for an oil change and recall fix and when I got my truck back there was a long white scratch down the side of my truck. I'm guessing from the car wash. I let service know about the problem and they said they would fix it that it should polish right off. After waiting for them to fix it they said it polished right off. Which the white Mark did but there are still deep scratches in the clear coat and on the tail light. I'm not satisfied with there quick fix and kick me out the door. Going to have to find another delearship I quess and will have to have a body shop to fix the scratches in the clear coat.

Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 and the car still has not been transferred into my name. Tags are expired so I can't drive it. They keep passing blame on to other people and are not calling me back. The lady answering the phone said I probably need to come in in person. I live an hour away and can't drive the car. Horrible experience.
