Dean Haute, a service manager, at Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile is "my go to guy" when I take 2004 Saturn in for service. I came into ownership of this vehicle, I think in 2010 or 2011. That's when I met Dean Haute. I purchased the vehicle for my work, and the service record/contract was already established with Joe Bullard, and wanted to keep it that way. They have assisted me in keeping my Saturn maintained. I brought my Saturn in for AC repairs in 2012, Dean was on vacation {service was completed to my satisfaction} but the disappointment when I arrived and discovered Dean was not there. Now that I have Dean's direct contact number, I just call him to set my appointment. Dean is awesome, and for what it's worth, I rate Dean Haute; and, Joe Bullard Saturn Service at the top of the list. It's like - I have my very own - my personal - mechanic. Thanks Dean!
