This is the third Mazda I've purchased from this dealer. - Sbridges

This is the third Mazda I've purchased from this dealer. Our sales man Raymond Williams always goes above and beyond for his customers. He's always genuine, honest, upfront and takes the time to be sure his customers know all the bells and whistles about the vehicle they're purchasing. I would 10/10 recommend Dean McCrary, Mr. Raymond Williams and staff to anyone looking to buy a great vehicle! I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next vehicle!!

My interaction with everyone at the dealership was great, - CraigNyreen

My interaction with everyone at the dealership was great, especially Jordon and Ralph. They were courteous, professional, and made the transaction smooth while explaining the process. That said, I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars rather than 5 only because of the communication difficulties I experienced. The phone AI agent is disfunctional at best. The AI agent was unable to connect me with my sales person, even though I entered the person's extension when prompted. When I was finally able to transfer to a live person, that person was not located at the dealer I was trying to contact and they were also unable to connect me to my sale person. Lots of room for improvement with the AI/reception process.

The strangest (in a good way) car buying experience ever. - hwwood

The strangest (in a good way) car buying experience ever. The advertised price is the actual price. Just add tax, tag and title. There was no creative math. There was absolutely no pressure.

Do not do business with these people. - Charlee90

Do not do business with these people. My family and I made an internet deal to buy a car for my 16-year-old daughter. We came in expecting to sign the paperwork and leave, no test drive needed. From the second we walked in, it was a total mess. The person we had emailed was nowhere to be found, and the first salesman acted like he had no idea what car we were there for, asking us what we wanted to look at. We waited, and then the manager came out and told us someone else was looking at the vehicle. There were only men in the building the whole time, so we never saw this supposed other customer. I politely explained that if they couldn't guarantee we could get the car, we were going to leave so our time wouldn't be wasted. He immediately caught an attitude and called me rude just for saying that, but asked us to give them 10 minutes, so we agreed to wait. While we waited, another employee came out and talked our heads off, offering vague apologies and excuses about how fast inventory moves, which felt like a deliberate stall tactic. The manager then came back over and sarcastically claimed he got the other lady to pick a green car instead and asked if I was happy now. When I asked what he was talking about since we still hadn't even been shown our vehicle, he suddenly lost his temper and started shouting, "They're gonna roast us on the survey!" We were completely bewildered. He then snatched the keys right out of another employee's hand, wildly swung them around in the air, and aggressively yelled that we didn't want the car anymore. We told him that after the way they had treated us, we absolutely did not want to buy from them. As we headed for the exit, another employee sitting near the door backed his chair up and leaned backward just to stare at my daughter and me while we spoke quietly, making the quiet room feel even more bizarre and unsettling. Then the manager followed my husband toward the door and got directly in his face twice, forcing my husband to push the exit door open against him just to get our family outside safely. The entire encounter was aggressive, condescending, and completely unhinged. Stay far away.

Taylor was very informative and helpful to us in our buying process. Brandon was also attentive in helping everything to go smoothly. The time getting to the finance officer was less than expected and being chauffeured to and from that office was a positive addition to the process. Thank you all for a wonderful product and for WONDERFUL AND GRACIOUS service. Inez Younge

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405. - Jaha2722

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. - Shayla

If I could give them 0 stars I would... everything was good with customer service up UNTIL they basically gave the car away that me, the sales rep MOOSE and JACK the sales manager discussed. I called to express my frustrations and concerns with the general manager who I admit on the phone seemed concerned at that time but at the end of the day its clearly all about a sale. Both Jake and Jack stated that they would do their best to make things right. And as I still wait and have not heard from anyone as promised... Needless to say I wouldn't do business with them even if they were giving the car away for free.

I strongly advise against this establishment. - latricegrace

I strongly advise against this establishment. The deliveries were indeed pleasant, but that’s the only reason they received a star. The service manager, Vicki Reeves, was solely focused on making a sale and completely disregarded any other concerns. Despite multiple emails exchanged, the issue remains unresolved. I was planning to purchase another vehicle for my daughter, but this experience has made me reconsider. It’s a terrible business!

Over promise under deliver. - ftrommelen

Over promise under deliver. Brought my F150 in for a recall on the touchscreen navigation back up camera promised I would have it back that afternoon four days later they brought it back to me. The concierge service was great. They came picked it up when they said they were going to and brought it back to me. But then came the service department. Needless to say again told me I’d have it that afternoon four days later in other words, they just plum suck. if I was the GM, I would definitely fire the Service Advisor and the service manager.

I bought my car from Frontier Motors a few years ago and - danlaidacker

I bought my car from Frontier Motors a few years ago and the entire experience was so smooth and effortless that I promised myself that I would never go anywhere else. My service advisor, Scott Ford, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for every step of the process, treated me with respect and patiently guided me through all the details and answered all my questions. We stayed connected through social media and when it was time to buy a car for my daughter this past weekend, Scott Ford was there for us once again. Truthfully, all of the staff at Frontier Motors are simply amazing. The ear-to-ear smile on my daughter’s face when her picture was taken standing next to her ‘new’ Nissan Rogue Sport filled my heart with joy and pride! Thank you, Scott and all the Frontier Motors folks for a truly unmatched car buying experience! No one does it better!

Purchased an vette years ago - jabbo

I purchased an vette years ago from Leo, Skip. Instead of buying another vette at this time, Leo said he could change my vette back into an vette that i would be proud again. He told me how long it would take, he treated and took care of it like his own. Tell you-I was very impressed and happy with my finished vette. Outstanding job-Leo, Jeff(mechanic) and everyone involved.

No complaints at all, your service department was very professional and helpful and got the job done. Thanks

Just not trustworthy - Snuffydogg

I see a car that wife wanted... go in and see several different things... all cars 900over cost, but three different prices are shown.... get manager to give me a price e, almost accept it, then he starts adding on fees, tells me incorrect information on taxes, fees, and the car itself. He kept pushing sale, but wouldn't answer questions. All the while playing Christian music... a modern day money changer.... WWJD.

Don’t trust SPENCER I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai - Floyd2133

Don’t trust SPENCER I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz from First Choice Automotive, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Before I purchased the vehicle, I was informed there was an issue with the actuator related to the transmission, and I was assured it would be repaired before I received the car. After purchase, the dealership kept the vehicle for approximately 21–25 days, stating they were waiting on parts and completing repairs. During that time, I was not provided with clear updates or proper documentation. When I picked the vehicle up, I was told everything had been fixed. However, I was not given a repair invoice or any detailed proof of the work completed, despite asking. Within just 3 days, the same issues returned — including jerking, loss of power, and difficulty reversing — making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I then took the vehicle to a certified dealership, where I was informed the car now needs a full transmission replacement costing around $6,000. When I reached back out to First Choice Automotive, they refused to take responsibility and stated the issue had already been fixed, but still could not provide proper documentation of the repair. I have since filed formal complaints and am pursuing this matter further. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, request full documentation, and have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing from this dealership.
