Ordered a new Lincoln more than five months ago. - phoebert2014

Ordered a new Lincoln more than five months ago. I have been unable to obtain even a status regarding future delivery of said vehicle. The car is not even scheduled to be built and Long-Lewis continues to hold my deposit.

All of the people I dealt with were not only friendly, - lindajoy8893

All of the people I dealt with were not only friendly, but knew the automobiles well. I know I walked out with an exceptionally fair price. I am a repeat customer and will use them again if and when I would like a new or preowned vehicle.

Since Serra Kia of Trussville isn't an option ill leave - jay

Since Serra Kia of Trussville isn't an option ill leave it here and hopefully someone can straighten them out. I am extremely disappointed with Serra Kia of Trussville, and at this point I’m leaving this review because I cannot get anyone at the dealership to return my calls. When I purchased my used 2020 Ford Expedition, I made it VERY clear during negotiations that I would only make the deal if a powertrain warranty was included. I have the text messages from the salesman to prove it. When we finalized the numbers, the salesman specifically told me in writing: “That's with your lifetime Powertrain warranty and delivery to you.” There was nothing vague about that statement. The lifetime powertrain warranty was represented to me as part of the deal. Now that I am trying to get information about that warranty, I’m being told that I apparently do not have it. Even more frustrating is trying to get someone at Serra Kia to actually address the situation. I have called multiple times and have been transferred to different departments, only to reach voicemail. I leave messages. No one calls me back. I call again, get transferred again, and the same thing happens. I live several hours away, so much of this purchase was handled remotely. That makes it even more important that I was able to rely on what the dealership and its salesman told me in writing. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I want Serra Kia to explain why I was explicitly told that my final deal included a “lifetime Powertrain warranty,” but I am now being told otherwise. If there is an explanation, CALL ME and explain it. I would much rather resolve this directly with the dealership than through a Google review, but after repeated calls and voicemails with no response, I’m running out of ways to get someone’s attention. Serra Kia: I have the text messages. I have the exact wording your salesman used included in this review. Please have someone with the authority to address this issue contact me. Jay

I was promised they would only pull a SOFT pull. - Paul77

I was promised they would only pull a SOFT pull. They pulled a HARD inquiry and then sent me an email saying that it would not affect my credit. xxx? All hard inquiries affect a person's credit score. The more inquiries on a person's report, the more it will decrease their score. What a bunch of uneducated xxxxxxx!

I am a single mom and 9 months after my wonderful - Sarah D.

I am a single mom and 9 months after my wonderful experience buying from Bear, I started having issues with my car. I took it to a shop and got a 2500 dollar estimate. I thought no way anyone will help me. I tried to get a pay plan at several shops I called and I had no family to help. My son was getting rides to school and me to work with a weekend walk to the store. I reached out on a prayer and called Bear Sales man( I wish I had sooner). He immediately put me at ease and said his owner Bobby Ledbetter wouldn't leave her in a jam like that, and they didn't. I was leaving in a rental car in 30 mins. 3 and a half weeks later my car wasn't back, but they were fixing my used car, It was okay. I called Bear and he was so gracious and said, "we want it fixed and fixed right, when you get it back it will be perfect, please be patient" I was and I received a call a week later and Bear assured me he had checked it himself, and it was ready. I went fully expecting them to give me a bill, or say pay this to get it back or here is your payplan, nope "Bear Handed me the keys and said, "if you have any issues call me, when you buy a car from Me and us, you get us for the life of the car." Thank you Bobby and Bear, you get my business for life. Best experience ever 11 out of 10 buy from Bear

I am at a just looking stage right now. The man who... - karengeeslin

I am at a just looking stage right now. The man who called me was named Will and was very helpful. I am an older widow woman who's car bit the dust and the mechanic said it would cost more to repair than it is worth. So I have no trade-in and am saving money to buy a good used car. I am on a fixed income and it will take a couple of months to get up the cash. My credit is very poor (549) due to my late Husband's medical bills, I paid them and lived off credit cards for over 3 years, then when he passed I tried to pay things off but it was at the point of paying those bills, or eating and keeping my home which is paid for. I had to make a choice. I have been paying on his bills when I have extra money, but things are tight.

Blew my expectations out of the water! - MustangPrism69

Blew my expectations out of the water! Working with Caine was a delight, he handled everything down to the smallest detail so that when I arrived the only thing needed to be done was signing the papers. Starting a buying process online is difficult, as it seems those on the lot take priority. Caine treated me like a priority. The truck was ready to go when I got there. If I buy again, I'm definitely going back.
