I was promised they would only pull a SOFT pull. They pulled a HARD inquiry and then sent me an email saying that it would not affect my credit. xxx? All hard inquiries affect a person's credit score. The more inquiries on a person's report, the more it will decrease their score. What a bunch of uneducated xxxxxxx!

I am at a just looking stage right now. The man who called me was named Will and was very helpful. I am an older widow woman who's car bit the dust and the mechanic said it would cost more to repair than it is worth. So I have no trade-in and am saving money to buy a good used car. I am on a fixed income and it will take a couple of months to get up the cash. My credit is very poor (549) due to my late Husband's medical bills, I paid them and lived off credit cards for over 3 years, then when he passed I tried to pay things off but it was at the point of paying those bills, or eating and keeping my home which is paid for. I had to make a choice. I have been paying on his bills when I have extra money, but things are tight.

Working with Caine was a delight, he handled everything down to the smallest detail so that when I arrived the only thing needed to be done was signing the papers. Starting a buying process online is difficult, as it seems those on the lot take priority. Caine treated me like a priority. The truck was ready to go when I got there. If I buy again, I'm definitely going back.

I would not recommend this dealership so many better options in Birmingham. Any deal ship can smile and offer you a bottle of water and sell a car at a decent price. They sell cars that are unreliable and have problems day one. Check engine light came on one hour after my purchase I notified my salesman. They did nothing. They sold me a powertrain warranty that he said was a 100 dollar deductible that was not the case I had to pay another 1,220 to get the top part of engine rebuilt. My wife was in the market for an expedition we purchased from Tameron Hyundai nothing but good things to say about them. Night and day different experience. Avoid this place it’s not worth the risk especially if you are making a decent drive to purchase. So many better options.
