From my experience, Bill Smith Buick GMC offers the best GMC prices in the nation. Nicholas worked hard to put together an exceptional deal and was incredibly easy to work with. Ultimately, I decided to purchase from a local Florida dealership and pay more because I wanted the protections provided by Florida’s Lemon Law and the ability to immediately return the vehicle to the dealership if I encountered any issues. That said, this was in no way a reflection of Nicholas or Bill Smith Buick GMC. If you are considering purchasing a GMC, I highly recommend reaching out to Nicholas. Even as an out-of-state customer, he went the extra mile to ensure I got the best deal to earn my business and made the entire process easy and transparent. Beware! They will make repairs, you clearly stated you did not want done and the service advisor stated on phone did not need to be done. I was charged for these then told by the service advisor, that’s not what he understood. All work done was unsatisfactory. The engine light was back on after leaving dealership. If you’re a woman without auto service knowledge, I would not trust Barkley. I will not return in fear of being taken advantage of again.
