I have been disappointed with the customer service on my - CHANEBROWN
I have been disappointed with the customer service on my last two visits. As a long time customer, I feel the everything has gotten less personal and less timely. On my last visit it took a week to get an answer on what was going on with my vehicle and 3 weeks to get it back. Not only that, I had to call each time to figure out what was going on because no one reached out to tell me what was going on after having my vehicle for a week. Several times I had to do this as 3 weeks without my vehicle is a long time of having to find alternative transportation.
On my last visit, I guess you can say communication was better. I would receive text messages on the progress of my vehicle, but service still took over a week to complete. After a few days I realized I was sent the diagnosis of my vehicle through a link in a text message that I weary of opening. I declined the services as they had already had my vehicle for a week and I called to pick it up the next day. I was told that I would get a call back because the person who was in charge of my vehicle was unavailable at the time and they never called back. So, two days later they called for me to pick up my car while I was at work so I arranged for someone to pick it up. I tried to pay over the phone, but again the person in charge of my vehicle was unavailable and was supposed to call me back so I could pay and they didn’t. So when the person I arranged to pick up my vehicle arrived they couldn’t because they never called me back so I could pay. So then, I was able to pay.
I guess my expectation is high because of a precisely that was set in the past, but now the lack of communication and extremely long service times have me disappointed. I feel if you are going to switch your communication from calling customers to texting and sending things through a link that should be communicated to customers especially if you don’t open texts from random numbers.
