Will not do the Quick Lane again. I was told that I was #3 in line and that was at 7:10AM. I was told they were short a mechanic and it would take a little longer than normal. I had a Drs appt. so I said I would pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 3:30 and it was not done. Just because I didn't wait on it I do not think that I should have been put at the end of the line. I only got my car at 5:15. Sorry but I think that is wrong.

RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!

Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled
