Our sales agent was excellent Tom Bechtell. - nharr

Our sales agent was excellent Tom Bechtell. He knew all about both of the cars we purchased that day.(cx-30 and cx-70). He helped with all of our needs and questions. Tom is a plus for this dealership. Great job Tom. Thanks John H.

Fantastic buying experience! - clockdoc852

Fantastic buying experience! Just wanted to send out a great review for Dominic Hussion and Will Foster for a great job in setting my wife, Jennifer, and I up with a 2021 Mazda Cx-5. Dominic Hussion was informant, friendly, and helpful in helping us close the car deal.

We had probably one of the easiest and best experiences - JWO

We had probably one of the easiest and best experiences buying a car ever with Patrick Handyside and Jenifer Parish. Such nice folks - down to earth, honest, direct. We will definitely buy from this team again and can recommend them to anyone else, as well.

friendly and helpful staff. - harch

friendly and helpful staff.. Tom and Holly were both excellent. Tom explained everything. The only thing that was a little off was the time I had to wait for the car to be done, but every thing else was good.

Excellent experience. - jankowski1003b

Excellent experience. Mike was easy to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy, he communicated the details and I was well informed. The buying process was simple. Chris the finance manager was easy going, well prepared and just like Mike made the buying process seamless. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Great experience purchasing my new vehicle on October 30, - Marshekel

Great experience purchasing my new vehicle on October 30, 2024. No pressure from Aaron to purchase the first vehicle I drove earlier in the month. Two weeks later after much research I found a vehicle that was no longer available but instead I got a vehicle that was in the showroom and is the vehicle I was searching for and more. It was nice that Aaron didn’t try to talk me down to a lesser vehicle but really listened to what I wanted. Great purchase experience from getting financing to the final step of signing paperwork. Thanks to everyone involved. I will not hesitate to recommend Baglier Mazda and especially Aaron to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda.

Jay Obertance was absolutely amazing to work with. - alexjpompe

Jay Obertance was absolutely amazing to work with. I just graduated college, so I was super nervous to buy my first car on my own. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted when the other dealerships told me they didn't have anything available. He made sure to get me to a payment I was comfortable with, and the entire process was painless. He was kind, patient, and hilarious. It was the least stressful experience ever, and I could not have had a better salesman!

I had a 2003 Mazda MPV in 3 times for service. The van isn't bad, 2 visits were warranty work and one was body shop. Each time I picked up the car, on THEIR schedule!, it either had parts missing or wasn't put back together. First time: Side door weatherstripping wasn't put back in and the door was closed, but the door open light was on and the window wouldn't go down. Also, they denied warranty work on the rear A/C control module because it had been "abused" by liquid spilled on it. Guess where two of the rear cupholders are? Yes, right on top of the module. I took the rear console apart and reconnected the wiring harness. Problem FIXED! Second time: I asked to purchase a new cabin air filter and told them that I would install it since they wanted to charge 1/2 hour + part. It only takes 5 minutes to change, and most of that time is unwrapping the filter and emptying the glovebox. They charged me to install it, and I had to go through two managers to get the charge removed. Third Time: Had body shop work done. Let's just say that they didn't do everything that they said, and didn't even replace all of the bulbs that belong in the front end of the car.
