Went in expecting to be denied a loan. They did all they could think of doing and I was originally denied. As I was leaving, our salesman Mark Houser came out and got some more information from us as they had a bank call back. He said it was a long shot, but it’s there. After a bit of waiting, the finance guy came out and apologized for the wait, then explained what they were waiting for. A bit more waiting and he came back out and said all approved. Due to their diligence, I was able to get a new car to replace my old one. Highly recommend them.
