Always quick, prompt and fair service. Online scheduling makes it easy to plan around service. The video inspection is a nice touch too.

My experience more than met my expectations and i was - ksnyder

My experience more than met my expectations and i was very happy with my sales rep Orrin Stevens. He was knowledgeable, efficient and made what i was looking for in a vehicle his primary goal and objective. The entire team was easy to work with and as a long time customer of Friendly they made this another stress free purchase. I believe in giving the "local" guys a shot and this crew delivers!

I find their customer service inconsistent. - mtricari

I find their customer service inconsistent. I also find depending on who you speak to, their level of knowledge is not great and rather than ask they respond incorrectly. I also do not feel they are trustworthy. I would be happy to speak with someone and provide examples of the above.

I bought a brand new 21' ford bronco sport. - mergriffin315

I bought a brand new 21' ford bronco sport. Test drive was great, a week later when i picked up the vehicle the backup camera suddenly didnt work. They originally ordered the wrong part but eventually did replace it. at 50k miles, i was having bad stuttering so i brought it in and was dismissed multiple times stating it was tools in the trunk causing shifting issues. After i did my own research, i brought it back and asked them to check the torque convertor. WHAT DO YOU KNOW, IT WAS THAT ALL ALONG..they refused to honor the warranty until i opened a ticket with ford corporate. Im at 77k miles now and its stuttering lightly and hestitates when taking off. Theres a customer satisfactory recall for a fuel injector. I asked them to please check that. The service manager cut me off and immediately insisted its not that before even looking at it. The did keep the vehicle overnight, drove it 12 miles and said theres no hesistating or shift issues. "Youll have to wait for it to get worse and most likely replace your transmission. You should think about getting rid of it." I get anxiety going there and the way he talks to me is awful. Please never go to Koerner Ford.

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! - EM

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a... - Derek

Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Take your vehicle to another dealership!!

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. - Davidcl4

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

The sales process was wonderful and painless. - M&T

The sales process was wonderful and painless. Quick and easy. Thats where the good ends. On my drive home from buying the car I realized my headlights were not aligned, and my oil change was 250 miles over the sticker. Called immediately and they dont have a spare moment to fix the issues that were already on it when i bought it until a couple weeks later. Haven’t even made a payment on my car yet and the front wheel has started making a terrible squealing noise. The service department has refused to take a look at it for another few weeks. As a person who just spent $20,000 it would be nice to see the dealership service department jumping at the chance to fix a problem that was already there before the vehicle was sold. Instead i was told “service doesnt sell the cars” so its not their problem and i can wait. Thank you to Crystal in the service department for doing the bare minimum and not trying to make a wrong right.
