My car went in for its 60k mile service and to fix two rims that had curb rash. Darn curbs always jump out of nowhere! I received back in excellent condition, the rims looked like new, and they offered a ticket for a complementary car wash. Therefore, just like my previous interactions at GMC of Watertown, it's always a phenomenal experience.

Colin, who was my sales person was extremely easy and friendly to work with. It was the easiest process I have ever have. I will definitely be using him when my wife’s car comes up next year. We also worked with sales manager Steve who got us the best deal on the exact truck I wanted with all the features I needed by locating it. The entire team was great. James the finance manager got me some insane rates that I thought were not possible. He was amazing to work with. Everyone was amazing will definitely be buying again.

I bought a Buick Rendezvous from Long. On the whole, the price was fine. The Finance guy was a real ass. I nearly walked out. He was pissed that I got an Warranty Direct extend warranty. The service bay is clean. To the point that I am not sure anyone works there. The service people are not all that sharp. For almost a year there was an issue with the speed sensor. They replaced everything but the speed sensor. Finally, they planned to tear apart the transmisson. I got in a fight with the service manager. They finally check the speed sensor. They wiring harness on the sensor had cracked apart. I just went to them for body work. They sent me to Brigham and Gill. They wanted $1700. They actual repair was done at Muzi for $700. Long is no better or worse then the rest. The service people are not that sharp. I would buy another car from them but service it elsewhere.
