They sold my a incomplete brand new 2025 chevy Colorado. - Basscaster70

They sold my a incomplete brand new 2025 chevy Colorado. The backup sensors did not work and they refuse to fix them. They keep telling me that I damaged them and can't recolobrate them. Update Kevin is working with me on getting my problems fixed. When they say they will work it out they mean it. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

UPDATE: Car King did contact me back and got me in - AngK

UPDATE: Car King did contact me back and got me in contact with their mechanic. The mechanic was able to fix the issues and I passed my emissions test. I really appreciate that they worked hard at turning a bad experience into a good one. I would go back. I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion on 3/9/24 from Car King. They said that they had checked out and topped off everything and the oil had been changed. April 25th I went to a Valvoline to get an oil change and have my emission test done (oil change was not really needed but I was going on a 5 hour drive that weekend and wanted to have things looked over). They couldn't change the oil because Car King had sold me a car with a stripped oil plug. Which means that either their mechanic stripped it or they lied about the oil change. The car also did not pass emissions because of a leak in the evap system. Now I am fully aware that they can sell me a vehicle that won't pass emissions. It's fine, that's the risk you run when buying a used vehicle, the dealership can sell you something that's not actually technically legal to drive on the road. They probably just turned the check engine light off and happily sold it. But when a mechanic strips an oil plug, typically you can go back to the mechanic and hold them accountable. I contacted Car King on April 26th, and was told by Austin that he would send me their mechanic's information and I could call to set up a time to take the car in. I called on May 6th and left a message for Austin. I called on May 7th and left a message for Austin. I called on May 8th and kept calling until I actually was able to talk to Austin (apparently he's the only one you can talk to about mechanical issues). He told me he would text me the mechanics information. Again I received no word back. I called on May 9th and left a voice message. I'm guessing they just want to sell their crap and never deal with you again. I'm posting this as a BUYER BEWARE. If they don't even have the decency to fix one trivial thing, something that wouldn't even cost them a cent. Obviously zero cares given by this place. All I was looking for was the mechanic to fix what he broke and for them to refer me to someone who could help with the evap system.

I was in Sturgeon Bay for a training at the Justice - rlhosket

I was in Sturgeon Bay for a training at the Justice Center and on my way, my low tire pressure light came on. After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. He immediately pulled my car in and checked my tires. He was very professional and helpful! I thanked him again and told him how appreciative I was for him to help me out. Way to go Josh! I'm very impressed!

My daughter bought a vehicle from Steve and the following - Unhappy Dad

My daughter bought a vehicle from Steve and the following day discovered a significant coolant leak. She lives an hour away, so a local & reputable service center traced the leak to engine intake area. She immediately reached out to Steve who said he passed the information to the owner. Several more attempts were made to contact the owner Joe and when he finally answered was told "I've been in the business for 20 years; sometimes this happens", made clear he was unwilling to offer any resolution and began screaming into the phone. This stands as one of the most unprofessional, shameful and disgraceful reactions of a dealer owner I've ever known.

AVOID this dealership at all costs, if you do decide to - DavidJ

AVOID this dealership at all costs, if you do decide to gamble and buy from Jeff's Northshore google the VIN number so you can see what auction they bought it from and for how much. I bought a 2018 chevy silverado and had numerous issued in the first month of owning. the won't fix unless I pay 100% of the cost. after I googled the VIN number I see they bought it from hansen auction group for $15k less than what I paid. the truck has serious issues...which is why they got it from an auction for so cheap....buyer beware!!!

Everything started out very well. - momswanyx7@gmail.com

Everything started out very well..... we were traveling 200 miles on a Saturday to test drive and purchase car on same day, and that did happen. Upon leaving we were handed the 2nd key fob. Later that evening finding that it did not open the car. And on opening the 'emergency key there were No groves cut in the key therefore the car would not open, as this makes sense. We contacted our sales representative, Angel who was very helpful and we had he would have a new 'entry Key' cut and mailed. In the meantime we purchase a new battery to see if this would help the fob, and no it didn't. A week later the key cut key arrived. We contacted Amery Chev. again regarding the fob and they said we could drive our car back to them, 200 miles one way, or go to our nearest Chev.dealer. Our hometown dealer said if the key had to be originally programmed to the car it would be an out of pocket cost to us. I discussed this with Amery and they said yes this is correct. I asked them if they would pay the local dealer and they would not, it would be an out of pocket cost to us. That the manager would not 'bend on this one', drive car back or pay out of pocket. We are very disappointed that we were given a defaulted key Fob and they would not go good on the product at their cost to accommodate their fault. Again, Angel the salesman did everything he could to help us on the day of the purchase and now. I would recommend him at anytime ! He gets a 5 Star rating. The dealer, well not so......... Absolutely do not buy a car from James Town Auto nor go - ericascustomdesign

Absolutely do not buy a car from James Town Auto nor go through Capital Auto credit You will more than likely regret it. I do. I was sold a car that I did not have for even a week. It was sold to me with a bad engine and now it’s been a nightmare to get it fixed. I’m paying for a car I cannot drive and they are no help Ive been paying more for repairs than payments. I called the week I got home with it because the check engine light continued to come on and I couldn’t go over 4 mph…. On the way home from the dealership. They tell you that DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE… at any location. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. There are plenty of bad reviews. I always made my monthly payments and always stayed in communication with this company. Yes I had fell behind a little but always made sure to make the full payment. Reason for falling behind is because of car repairs that were problems from the dealership not from me and they tell you that they will help you with car repair with a contact but never should we have to pay for repairs that they fail to tell you before you purchase the vehicle. I Captain communication with this company let them know that I'll be getting paid on Monday they then asked me to send over my check stub to make sure that they receive payment as soon as I did so and sent all my information over they came and got my vehicle the very next day as the repo people picked up my vehicle they told me that I was lied to by the debt collector they also told me that they do not like n****** or black people and they could not stand the man that was giving me the information because he's black I also have it on surveillance cameras from my house they were recorded I am blessed because now I have a new vehicle that runs great and I know now that I will not be treated unfairly I noticed that I started becoming treated unfairly once this company knew that I had a biracial son I am from Xenia Ohio I discovered that not only myself but several other people in the community that has rented from these dealerships and the bank of Jamestown Auto they noticed that they rigged their vehicles and Capital auto credit is an LLC they are the ones that sent over a repo guy and I only owed $500 after they picked up my vehicle they told me that I owed $700 when I've made several payments not to mention the car repairs I was told by Capital Auto Credit another reason why they came and got my vehicle is because I asked to speak to another representative and be assigned to another representative because I felt that I was treated unfairly and unkind I am only 37 years old and I've learned a lot from this experience I'm not bashing his company I just believe they need a lot of work and a lot of respect and to be honest and accurate with their customers when they sell a vehicle due to single mothers as myself that works extremely hard to stay up on her payments let alone up on payments on a vehicle that needed extremely amount of car repairs that I was not informed about I do not like the right reviews like this but some people should learn their lesson especially when it comes to a company and by the racial thing it's something that I cannot forget I felt very uncomfortable in that situation I understand that they're doing their job that they're picking up Vehicles because they're being asked to but I do not agree with how I was treated from Capital Auto one and how I was treated by the repo people that they sent never should the word n***** or black people be mentioned on how much you hate them when you're picking up somebody's vehicle very unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable let remind you I had the money to get my vehicle but instead I was smart enough and brave enough to get out of this situation before it was too late and find something different and start over again last but not least I have learned my lesson and what I've learned and what I'd like for you to know before you purchase a vehicle or to even consider ever going through a horrible dealership like this one If you're going to be doing business with a car dealership, it's important to know what kind of reputation they have. When negotiating with a dealer, they sometimes say or do things that sound suspicious. Knowing what kind of reputation they have can go a long way in determing if they're telling the truth. In recent years, there's been a growth of online dealer rating sites. Many of the large automotove portals have also added dedicated dealer review sections. This is great news for car shoppers who oftentimes need to be protected from unscrupolous dealers. The largest dealer review site is DealerRater.com. They have around 1 million user-generated reviews and also provides a way for dealers to respond to the reviews. The dealers that are actively involved on DealerRater.com care about their reputation and are usually ones that will treat customers right. Another stand-alone dealer review site is CarDealerCheck.com. They don't carry as many reviews as DealerRater, but they're certainly worth checking out. Some of the large automotive portals have also added user-generated dealer reviews recently. Cars.com provides dealer reviews including ratings on Customer Service, Buying Process, Quality of Repair, and Overall Facilities. Edmunds.com also provides useful dealer ratings. Another avenue for car shoppers is to contact their local Better Business Bureau or the State Attorney General's Office to see if the dealership has a history of complaints. Keep in mind that reviewing a dealer's reputation through ratings and reviews doesn't guarantee you won't have any problems. A dealer may have a good reputation overall, but they may also have a couple of bad employees that you could get stuck dealing with. Always keep your guard up regardless.

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! - Josiah

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

I wanted to purchase a car. - jczech8sr

I wanted to purchase a car. I was told it was there at the store. I said I'll make the 2.5 hour drive tomorrow. Nope that wont work how about Friday. Im going on vacation if I cant come tomorrow ill have to wait until im back meanwhile I have the check in hand. Go on vacation called and emailed multiple times without a reply. The times I got an email back it was asking for the same information I have already given them. I do not recommend dealing with this place. I have no idea what is going on there but it isn't professional and seems to be scam of some sort. I am not a 1 star person. I have never written a 1 star review. This was a lot of planning and leg work to get this car and for
